Located in the established community of Clear Creek, in Clermont, it is less than 10 miles from Walt Disney World and an even shorter drive to shopping and restaurants. This home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, over 1,400 square feet of living space, and sleeps up to 8 people. The home is fully furnished and equipped with everything that you’d need to enjoy your vacation. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishware, glassware, and cooking utensils you’d need to enjoy family meals at home. When it comes time to dine, you can do so either at the breakfast nook, which seats 4, or at the dining table, which seats up to 6 people. Sometimes, all you want to do is sit back, relax, and watch a good movie. The living room is perfect for that. It comes with two large sofas, vaulted ceilings, access to the pool, and that all-important large flat-screen TV. There is also a full-size washer and dryer for those mid-stay laundry needs. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second Master bedroom has a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom & third bathroom share a full bathroom (Shower), we also have a fourth bathroom which has a door leading out to the pool area.
