Nestled in an upscale, gated community, Park Place boasts 2500 sq. ft. of beautiful living space and easily accommodates 10 guests. This home is ideal for families or a small group visiting the magical Orlando area’s countless attractions. Ideally located between theme parks, shops, and restaurants, you're perfectly situated to experience all the area has to offer!
Bedroom 1 (Tranquility): Master bedroom with King Bed, TV, and en suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 (Serenity): Master bedroom with Queen Bed, TV, and en suite bathroom
Bedroom 3 (Seashore): Queen Bed
Bedroom 4 (Captain’s Quarters): Twin bed and trundle, TV, and Play station 4
Bedroom 5 (Under the Sea): Bunk beds

Kindly take note that we offer an optional pool heating service at an additional cost of $30 per night. To request this service, please notify us during the booking process. However, we would like to bring to your attention that the pool heating service will not be available during the months of December, January, and February.
The pool is equipped with a spa that provides a relaxing experience, and we would like to inform you that the water temperature is similar to that of the pool and not as high as a hot tub. Furthermore, it is important to note that the spa's heating feature operates in conjunction with the pool heating service, as both are attached. Therefore, the spa's heating feature cannot be used separately.
Please be advised that any parties or events held on the property are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, and exceptions will not be made. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a peaceful stay for all guests.
