Though the beach will be the main attraction, Panama City Beach is filled with vibrant shops, restaurants, and attractions that line the coast of the Gulf. When you want a change of scenery, make your way to St. Andrews State Park and walk along the trails while soaking up the view. If you want to get into the heart of the action, make your way up to Pier Park and indulge in a full day of shopping, grabbing a bite to eat, and checking out Russell Fields Pier. If you brought the kiddos along, they will love spending an afternoon at Gulf World, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, or ZooWorld Zoological and Botanical Conservatory.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

3 month stay
we stayed in E2 for three months, the condo is in great need of being updated. The mattress is very old and uncomfortable - even using mattress toppers didn't help. The kitchen is fairly well stocked - but there is no toaster and only 3 forks. The pans are teflon and pretty scratched up. The tv's were both old - they did replace the living room tv with a new one. The one in the bedroom is the size of an Ipad. If the owner would invest some money to update it, it would be a nice place to stay. The good - the condo complex is extremely clean and well kept. Pool is steps from condo and the beach access is across the parking lot.

Nelson - Stepp Wedding
We enjoyed our stay other than a few things. The bed was comfortable which was a plus. We weren’t too happy with the cheap toilet paper and lack of paper towel, front porch light was out. What bothered me the most was the loud kitchen faucet. I’m not sure if I’ll go through Vacasa again because I was told this property shared the pool at Watercrest which is where my sister stayed, the only reason I booked this spot. I’m a positive person and always make the best of what’s thrown my way.

Location is great
Location was absolutely great and quick walk out of condo to the beach. Condo was clean, however as soon as we walked in it smelled like smoke horribly. We opened doors and sprayed to air out. Was told someone would get back to us in 24 hrs. Of our concern, but didn't hear anything. Got in the shower and there was black stuff on the ceiling and someone came the next morning. There was only one bath, so they sprayed the ceiling with kilts which basically would make you dizzy from the chemical smell. We had to end up leaving until the smell cleared. We were happy with the condo all in all, but the service with vacasa was our first experience and we weren't very impressed.
