A building of character, completely redeveloped and refurbished in 2023, which can accommodate up to 15 people.

Find a jacuzzi, a sauna, a swimming pool, a sports area, a brazier, a billiards table, a table football, a home cinema, a barbecue…

Thus, you will find an indoor wellness area, equipped with a jacuzzi with a capacity of 7 people, a sauna and a sports area which includes a rowing machine, a racing bike, dumbbells as well as fitness accessories, all in Norwegian decoration.

From May, you can enjoy the swimming pool heated to 28° and its water games.

At Gîte du Soleil in la Ruelle, you can enjoy an exceptional experience thanks to the “Braséro” buried terrace.
The latter which is dug into the ground will make your summer and winter evenings unforgettable.
This terrace equipped with large benches has in its center an OFYR brazier with which you can enjoy a real culinary experience.
Indeed, this allows you to get together by the fire to observe the stars but also to have a unique barbecue with all your loved ones around.

For fans of the classic barbecue, you will find a dedicated space in the interior courtyard with the Weber barbecue and its accessories.

You can monitor your cooking while sharing a game of pétanque on the grounds, located near the Brasero and the barbecue area, which has lighting.

Thus, you will find a large relaxation lounge equipped with a wood stove, a billiards table, a home cinema, a library, comfortable sofas, a set of board games, all in a winking automobile decoration. eye with the history of Le Mans.

You will also be able to delight all your guests with a fully equipped open kitchen and a large table to accommodate your guests.

To make your job easier, you will have all the household appliances you need such as a dishwasher, raclette services, a plancha, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso and filter coffee machine... This large kitchen-dining room has the advantage of having both a view of the interior courtyard and its heated swimming pool, as well as of the landscaped garden and the forest neighboring our gîte.

In the back kitchen, a washing machine and a large capacity dryer are at your disposal.

The Gîte has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 5 toilets.

Consequently, you will find 15 single beds with new French hotel bedding, measuring 90 cm x 200 cm which can be assembled as a double bed in "King Size" format.
All linen is provided and beds are ready for your arrival.

The bathrooms and toilets are all close to the different bedrooms.
We provide bathroom linens as well as hygiene products such as toilet paper, cotton pads, kitchen towels, etc.

A more “cocooning” space upstairs is also available.
Our mezzanine, a beautiful, calm and suspended space, can welcome you with its desk, armchairs and seats to retreat for a moment or carry out some professional tasks.

The Gîte du Soleil in la Ruelle is located on private, secure land of 7,000 m2, completely fenced and only accessible via a gate.
We welcome pets with pleasure, safely and at no extra charge so that they too can have fun.

Concerned about respecting the environment, we have chosen to equip the accommodation with the principle of geothermal heating.

All green spaces are maintained regularly.

In order to facilitate accessibility, the gîte is equipped, as often as possible, with ramps instead of stairs.
Before and upon your arrival, we will welcome you and share with you all the information necessary for your stay in our accommodation.
