An additional bathroom and powder room complete the remarkable amenities of the house. Two separate toilets. On the exterior side, you will find an outdoor kitchen to prepare your meals with friends or family (the barbecue is not available but a large electric plancha is at your disposal), a 25m² south-facing terrace with a view of the open swimming pool and heated from June to September and on a large plot of 2785m² with table football and bowling alley. Several parking spaces are available on the property. Parties are strictly prohibited.
