The terrace, protected from the wind and beautifully flowered, allows you to have breakfast, lunch and dinner in peace. It is extended by a large garden with a magnificent view over the valley.
The new kitchen, very user-friendly and well-equipped, opens onto the terrace (4-burner ceramic hob, hood, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, washing machine, etc.). The entrance hall offers a cloakroom and an independent toilet. The large living room is divided into a sitting area open to the garden, a dining area and a small rest area.
The two double bedrooms on the first floor each have their own bathroom with shower and WC (one with a 140 x 190 cm bed, the other with one 160 x 200 cm beds). The third bedroom is a duplex: on the first floor the children's area with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm), on the second floor the parents' bedroom (bed 160 x 200 cm) and the bathroom with WC.
The beach is within walking distance and there are many walks in the vicinity, including to the nearby village of Varengeville-sur-mer, a famous garden village which has been visited by famous artists since time immemorial.
