Very nice place, we enjoyed it a lot. The pictures online were quite carefully done to not show what the surrounding neighborhood was like, which was a bit of a disappointment, but it was not uncomfortable in the end.

Meridian cottage

We enjoyed our time in Meridian and the property was a convenient spot to explore the area. For a small house the layout is perfect. The hosts suggestions were appreciated.

Very nice place to stay

Overall a very good stay. We would most likely stay here again. It was very quiet and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Two negatives were-The keypad for the garage/getting in to the house was temperamental. All the dishes needed to be clean and put away when we left instead of just being able to run the dishwasher and leave it.

Just perfect

I loved staying in this house. It was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed spending the evenings on the back porch. If I ever have a reason to go back to Boise I’ll be staying here again.

Charming house

This was a very cozy home that was easy to find. It was 15 minutes to Boise and a walk away from downtown Meridian. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and friendly. We would stay here again!

Perfect set for short or long stays

Great location in the heart of meridian. Walking distance to Main Street and our office which was a key reason we choose this place. The house is really cute which all the accessories you need. Will definitely be booking this again!

Location and comfort!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was so cozy and just right for me and my husband. We walked to the nearby restaurants every day and the location was convenient to everything we needed to do while in Boise. From the king sized bed to the outdoor garden - PERFECT!

Beautiful Renovation, Great Value!

The interior of this renovation is beautiful. It is like staying in a luxury suite in a fancy hotel. Clean, modern with everything you need. Centrally located to everything in the Treasure Valley.

All the comforts of home.

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend to take in the various hotsprings in the area. The location was perfect, the neighborhood quite, and so close to lots of eateries and bars. We will definitely be booking this property again. Also, the bathtub is AMAZING and deep and fits my 6'3" husband. The pictures do not do this place justice.

Adorable house

This was exactly what we were looking for. The amazing patio with raised garden boxes made my morning coffee and book that much better. The owner was great to deal with and we didnt have any issues. We all decided it was definitely a home we would rent again.

Wonderful home

The house was so cute, beautifully decorated to feel like home. The beds, couches, linens, and everything was very comfortable. The owner was also very responsive and accommodating. There are even tomatoes and black berries in the backyard. Our young boys had fun picking some blackberries. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. A lovely stay.

Great little place, walking distance to town!

My daughter and I were in Meridian for the USA climbing collegiate rock-climbing competition. She placed 3rd in the Western US division. This home is clean and the beds were very comfortable. Your home was a blessing after a long drive from California. Thank you

Long Weekend

In town for a graduation. Home is exactly as depicted, I didnt pick up on that its 1 bath, its noted clearly in the listing, doubt it would have changed my mind as there were only 3 of us. That 1 bathroom is quite nice as is the rest of the house. Very homey/comfortable would stay again. Some other rentals have obviously been setup just for that, this one felt like house sitting for a friend.

Cozy and just right

We had trouble checking in, took about 30-46 minutes to contact the host. Once that was solved, this place is very nice and comfy. We will use this property again for our next visit. I would suggest surge protectors on both sides of the beds. We had to charge our phones in the kitchen, and move the bed to access plugs for my cpap. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Decorated really cute, BUT...

This place is decorated really cute, and the location was convenient for me in the downtown Meridian area. BUT... Don't expect a very quick response to any questions or problems that you may have. I also didn't get the arrival instructions until a half hour after check-in time (most places give a few days in advance). It would be helpful to have an all purpose cleaner in a spray bottle under the sink to wipe things down as need. It would be good to have an extra roll of paper towels under the sink just in case you use up the one on the counter (especially since there for 3 weeks). It took me a bit to figure out where the washer and dryer was, and then some time to figure out how to start the washer because it's front loading--there should be a sign on the door in the garage that it's the laundry room and another sign above the washer with the instructions on how to use the washer (where to put the laundry soap, etc., especially since it's required to put the bed sheets in the washer when leave). It wasn't really nice enough weather to go outside to hang out while staying there for 3 weeks but it could have been since Idaho weather is so sporadic, but the tree branches were all over the driveway so I had move them (they were all over the grass and had a few windy days), and it would've been nice if the side deck was swept off & cleaned (hopefully it is when weather gets nicer). Other than those small details, it was a great place to stay and the beds were comfortable enough.

Perfect little house for a weekend getaway. I loved the counter top in the kitchen and the bathroom was just so cute. The drainage in the bathtub was slow until my mom pulled out a hairball. That happens in my household weekly. So no big deal. The backyard is so adorable with a little garden I was so tempted to eat the fresh tomatoes and peppers. It would be nice to have a BBQ pit back there. But that means cooking more so maybe not LOL. We will be a repeat when I come back to visit my Mom. The area is perfect for walking to the restaurants and bars. I wish I hadn’t hurt myself however the comfortable couch watching movies most of the weekend made it better. And that AC holy cow I had to wrap up in blankets.

We love life, family and friends. We are now in our 60"'s and have been together since we were 13 and 14 years old! We know its unheard of these day, but it's the truth! We are hard working and love to travel ourselves. Our kids and grand kids are our life and family means more than anything. You will see how much we love to garden in late May as the yard starts to bloom and the garden boxes fill up. Let us know what we can do to make your stay special!

We love this home and the lifestyle we lived in Old Town! We moved there in 2014 with a short term plan and fell in love with the friendly neighborhood and lifestyle. After living there for 7 years it was time to take care of our mother so we made a move and decided we just couldn't part with our little home. So, we decided to share it with others. We hope you also love it like we have!
