Incredible waterfront home features 3 bedrooms plus office area, 2 baths, granite counters with breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen complete with all the necessary cooking appliances, wireless internet access, in house laundry room and outdoor security cameras making it an excellent home for family and friends to feel comfortable.

This house is just a short cruise to the waters of Tampa Bay and has everything you need for a fun and relaxing Florida getaway. You’ll find the home’s interior very comfortable, with many updated features and a spacious living room with projector, drop down movie screen, and theater seating along with a DVD library. Every bedroom has it's own wall mounted flat screen television. All TV's are Roku equipped and allow you to link to your own streaming accounts. All the essential comforts of home are here. Sliding glass doors open from the master bedroom and living room to the screened in lanai and heated pool area. There is a large dining table and sitting area to watch TV on the outdoor flat screen, play games, read a book, or just enjoy the Florida sun. The propane grill will fulfill all your barbecuing needs. If you have little ones to watch, the lanai has a gated fence to keep them away from the pool.

When you’re ready to get out on the water, simply stroll down to the home’s private dock with boat lift on the canal, which leads about a mile out to Tampa Bay. Book a fishing charter with one of several local captains. Don't have a boat? No problem, there is a boat rental service nearby. There are also 3 kayaks (2 singles and a tandem) with paddles and lifejackets for your use as well (requires a waiver). Pets welcome with doggy door access for our furry friends to come in and out at their leisure to bask by the pool or go out to their gated enclosure (pet fees additional).

For those interested in fishing, there are rods and reels, a tackle box with extra lures and tackle, as well as livewell buckets for your to use. For beach trips or day trips, there are coolers available as well as plenty of beach/pool towels that dry quickly and don't hold sand!

This home is perfectly situated to experience all that the Tampa Bay area has to offer! It's a short drive to The Florida Aquarium, Busch Gardens, Tampa Zoo at Lowry Park, and many beautiful golf courses. Take half-day or day trips to Myakka River State Park, Clearwater Beach, Sarasota, Anna Maria Island, St. Pete, and Venice. The Orlando-area theme parks as well as Disney Springs are reasonable day trips from your Apollo Beach home base!
