This home also has a elevator if anyone in your party needs assistance with the stairs.

Captiva Attitudes has 4 king beds and 3 queen beds. Your rental includes all linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a beach cart ... for no additional fee!

The gourmet kitchen features a 6 burner gas stove, granite countertops, 2 large refrigerators, dishwasher, wall oven and two sinks. We also provide a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and other kitchen essentials.

With over 4,000 square feet of professionally decorated living space, this luxury vacation home has been well stocked with your needs in mind.

Andy Rosse Lane is the heart of Captiva Island and just steps away from beach, the bay, island grocery market, coffee/ice cream store, watercraft rentals, golf cart rentals, fishing charters, an art gallery and world-renowned restaurants.

The set up of the house was fantastic. We did have some issues with the pool at first but Lee the property manager took great care of us. I have been using Vrbo for years and my experience with Lee was above and beyond what I have dealt with in the past. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic experience!

The house was amazing. Well stocked with everything we needed. It is huge and a lot of room for everyone to have their own space. The pool was so relaxing. House is located close to everything. Lee and Bonnie are amazing hosts! Responded to questions withing minutes. We will definitely stay there again. It felt like island life. We loved every minute of our stay.

Captiva Paradise

I can't say enough about this property. Everything was A from beginning to end. Captiva Attitudes was the perfect house for our expanding family including adult children and grandkids. The house has wonderful space and everyone was very comfortable and had their privacy. The kitchen and dining space is great for a large group and we ended up eating in most nights after enjoying the sunsets. The short walk to the beach was perfect especially since we had little ones. We appreciated the attention to detail from the coffee, detergent, spices, paper towels, tp...ect. The extra refrigerator was wonderful for all of our beverages. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub area along with the outdoor tv, bar and grill. Awesome space.Lee and Bonnie were extraordinary! They were very responsive to any of our questions and needs and I very much appreciated this. We were able to focus on our family and making special memories to last a lifetime. Captiva Attitudes is a beautiful home and was by far the best place we have ever rented. We look forward to returning soon. Thanks again Lee and Bonnie, you are the ultimate professionals and definitely made a big difference in our experience.

Perfect location and house. Had family members from all over spend the week in this spectacular house. A lot of space with everything thought through in terms of anything required (ie beach chairs, beach towels, water toys, games, etc). Overall, couldn’t have asked for a better house. Amazing Family Getaway!

We had the BEST time this past week at Captiva Attitudes! We had 3 families who all shared the house and it was the perfect amount of space and amenities. The location was perfect and the kids loved the pool! Our hosts Lee and Bonnie were fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Beautiful house and property, exactly as pictured . Location was fantastic. Lee and Bonnie were wonderful and accommodating to any need that we had. Amazing house!!!

We have stayed on Captiva many times over the last 7 years-this house is probably our favorite place we have stayed! Our family of 11 (grandparents, adult children and their children) had plenty of room in this house! We LOVED the pool and the pool area, it was a short walk to the beach (the house has plenty of chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and a cooler), short walk to eat and shop/groceries. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, two refrigerators (nice to have), and it was so nice to have extra paper products. Lee was a great host and so responsive with answers to questions and anything we needed during the week. I highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to come back!

Family Trip at Captiva Attitudes

This is a great location for a family vacation. Centrally located on Captiva Island near all the major sites and shops. Lee and Bonnie were welcoming and beyond helpful. Highly recommend this location for your next family trip.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything including beach chairs, towels, and paper products. The location was perfect right on the Main Street in Captiva within short walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Lee was a wonderful host. Would highly recommend this property when staying in Captiva. Can’t wait to come back

Unbelievable house

We have stayed on Andy Rosse Lane before in other houses. While they were also great this house has everything! So well equipped that I wish I asked more questions before ordering supplies for the house. This house is unbelievable! So beautiful, private and accommodating to everyone in our party. The primary bedroom is spacious and the bed and pillows were so comfortable you slept like a baby. Unbelievable bathroom and walk in closet that's huge. Down the hall was perfect for my daughter's family with the 2 kids having their own king bedrooms right next to each other. The inlaw suite is amazing and so is the bedroom suite on the bottom floor. The pool and landscaping are so beautiful and private you couldn't hear anyone in the houses near you. Such a great place for our family to come and relax and recharge! Lee and Bonnie are great! So helpful with putting you in touch with rental companies and excursions if you need. Will definitely rent this house again;)
