The house offers you: - On the ground floor: a living room opening onto the garden with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge, then a bedroom (1 bed 140x190) with private shower room, separate toilet and laundry room. - Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed and 1 140x190 bed), a bathroom (bath and shower) and a separate toilet. - Outside: on enclosed grounds: a 30 m² terrace and a 60 m² garden surrounded by wooded beds. A private parking space in front of the cottage. The owner gives you access to the garage for the freezer and the dryer, you can also store your bikes there. Discover Le Bono famous for its old suspension bridge which overlooks a very picturesque little port. This charming little village offers you incomparable viewpoints over former oyster-farming sites and unveils small maze-like fishermen's houses. From the cottage, hike on the many coastal paths to discover wild nature, and on the GR 34 over 180 km around the Gulf. You can go paddleboarding or any other water sport, horseback riding or go fishing on foot to the rhythm of the tides. You will be spoiled for choice for swimming either in a small intimate cove in the Gulf or opt for a large expanse of fine sand facing the Atlantic Ocean. The residential area where the cottage is located is quiet with playgrounds nearby. The shops are accessible on foot or by bike. The house is very welcoming, the decoration is neat and the garden is a green setting.
