The Floppy Flounder is a new home conveniently located on 11th St., one minute from the beach. Perfect for a family vacation getaway with 4 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. The home next door, Tickle My FanSea, is available for rental as well for those needing more room. This home is adorned with elegant coastal décor throughout. The open and inviting living area is comprised of two large sofas and two accent chairs with plush pillows, all made for relaxing while watching a movie or your favorite sports team on the wall-mounted TV with Amazon Prime TV and Movies and Wi-Fi. Try out your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen with spacious high-end countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishes, a regular coffee maker, basic pots, pans and utensils. Savor your meals at the unique wooden dining table with seating for eight and an additional four at the bar. Take your morning coffee out onto the balcony and start the day off by taking in the sea breeze. The first guest bedroom (BR1) consists of a King bed, nightstands, closet, chest and wall-mounted TV. The hall bathroom is made up of a vanity and tub/shower. Guest bedroom (BR2) is furnished with a King size bed, nightstands, closet, chest and wall-mounted TV and an ensuite bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower.
