The living room is bordered along its entire length by a south-facing terrace and offers a small view of the sea. - On the lower floor, on the ground floor: a space has been fitted out with a lounge/living room, a billiard table and 1 160 cm bed, ideal for your teenagers or your friends who will be able to take advantage of this independence. - On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms each with 1 160 cm bed, one bedroom with 2 90 cm beds), a bathroom with wc. Outside, a large terrace and an enclosed garden with private parking. On arrival, two deposit checks will be requested: a check for €500 for the gîte and a check for €100 for cleaning.
