Welcome to Bearadise is a quaint Big Bear cabin snuggled away in the coveted neighborhood of Moonridge. This recently remodeled cabin is the definition of cute! Sleeping up to 7 and offering all the amenities for an extended stay this cabin is perfect for a family getaway or two small groups. The open floor plan is highlighted by a gas fireplace in the center of the home with the dining room and kitchen on one side and a hallway leading to the bedrooms on the other making it feel intertwined and cozy.

The immaculate kitchen inside Bearadise has everything that Mom needs to make a delicious home-cooked meal and more. The beautifully carved wood dinner table is arranged to give a beautiful view of the forest outside while enjoying your family dinner.

Natural stone showers and marble countertops make up the 2.75 baths complete with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower in the first master bedroom bath. Large windows can be found in every room of the house bringing in wonderful amounts of natural light throughout the space.      

Right when you pull up to this Big Bear cabin the unique structure and layout of Bearadise appeals to your eyes and heart. Walking up the stairs to the front door you pass a neatly arranged outdoor patio set and BBQ perfect for enjoying a glass of wine after dinner. Inside the kid’s room with the bunk beds is a Foosball table for entertainment. All the rooms come equipped with flat-screen T.V.s and internet throughout the house.

What’s Nearby:  Bear Mountain Ski Resort is only a 2 min drive away supplying all the mountain fun! You can take the kids to the Big Bear Alpine Zoo which is 0.5 miles away and features many different animals. Big Bear Blvd is located under 4 miles from your location where you can pick from many delicious local restaurants, find live entertainment, and shop for all your souvenirs.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
