Come experience the natural beauty of a classic log cabin here in the Big Bear Mountains. Log Cabin Lodge sits beneath the pines in the desirable Snow Summit neighborhood, giving you quick and easy access to a variety of fun Big Bear activities. Ski Beach Park is less than a mile drive from the home and provides incredible lake views and playset for the kids to enjoy. A quick 4 minute drive will bring you to The Village shopping center, giving you an array of options for dining and nightlife activities. In the winter, Snow Summit Ski Resort is only 3 minutes from the home, allowing you to beat the traffic to some of the best slopes in Southern California.

As you step inside the main level of this home you’ll find three of the four bedrooms. Two of those rooms provide twin over full bunk beds, mounted flatscreen tvs and closet space for storing your belongings. The last bedroom on this level gives you a queen size bed and mounted flatscreen tv. A full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo is also just steps away. Also on this level, a full size washer and dryer is conveniently provided for you to use during your stay.

Hours of fun and entertainment can be found around the corner in the game room. Play a friendly game of foosball on the foosball table. Wait for your turn on the comfortable sofa couch as you watch your favorite show on the mounted flatscreen.  Continue the fun in the garage converted game room. A ping pong table provides the perfect way to burn off some energy,

Head upstairs to the main living space where you’ll notice high vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan, creating a large welcoming space for you and your guests to relax on the leather couches. A mounted flatscreen tv can be viewed from the entire main living space so everyone can watch the big game comfortably. Head into the open concept kitchen, equipped with all modern stainless steel appliances, A large double door fridge gives you plenty of space for storing your groceries. A toaster oven and Keruig are also provided for you to use during your stay. The breakfast bar provides seating for two while the dining room table gives additional seating for eight making family dinners easy.

Access to the back deck can be found through the sliding glass doors in the living room. Grill up some steaks on the propane grill as you enjoy the flawless Big Bear weather. Watch the sunrise and sip on a hot cup of coffee as you relax at the patio table and take in the surrounding views of the pine trees.

Back inside,the master suite is the last bedroom this home provides. A plush king size bed and ample dresser space can be found in this room. A flatscreen tv sits across from the bed, allowing you to catch up on your favorite show in comfort. An attached master bathroom gives you the privacy you desire with double vanity sinks and a glass walk in shower. Private access to the front deck is also provided in this room.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
