Golf, Tennis and Pickle Ball avail for a daily fee. Sip your coffee on your Huge private and fenced patio overlooking Golf Course, Mountain and Sweeping Palm tree views. Or have your wine and watch the Sunsets by your gas fireplace in the evenings. 2 King Beds, 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds (bunks) makes it comfortable for 8 people. Centrally located in the Heart of the Desert makes it close to everything there is to offer Minutes from El Paseo, many restaurants, grocery, bars, etc . Enjoy cable TV w/ multiple movie channels & high speed Internet, or soak in one of the 20+ pools/ hot tubs in the community. One of the best CC's in the Desert.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property with very nice and spacious accommodations. The home was well furnished and very comfortable. The patio is quite lovely overlooking one of the holes, very peaceful and relaxing. There are two pools that are just down the street, and the property has 30 or so pools for your use. Monterey Country Club is conveniently located and very close to the shops at El Paseo, the River, McCallum theater, Whole Foods and Trader Joes. If you want to play golf, tennis, bocce ball, or pickleball, you will need to complete an application for a tenant pass a few days before your arrival to allow time for processing. There is a 25 fee for the pass plus all the other applicable fees. If you do not pick up the pass, you will not be charged the 25 fee, but completing the application gives you the option to use the facilities. Lastly, the owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Short, sweet, family reunion

Stayed at the property with my adult sisters and parents. Property was conveniently located and provided a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy morning coffee and conversation. 3rd bedroom has ample options for kids, but probably a bit too cozy for multiple adults.

Terrific 3 Bedroom place on the Golf Course

Solid place - clean and as advertised. Really nice golf course views from the back patio. Enjoyed the athletic center but watch for summer hours if there in May 1 onward. Bobby super to work with -- responsive and reasonable at every turn. Proceed with confidence.

The condo was perfect but I want to mention the quality of the sheets which were very worn and would have expected better. Also, the fireplace was exposed and didn’t seem usable and dangerous for children.

Roomy place with an awesome view

This is a wonderful place to stay with a peaceful view. There was plenty of room to unwind. The bunkbed was a hit with the kids and the patio was great. It was far enough from the fairway and golfers where you weren’t going to get hit by a ball or feel like your disrupting them! We will be back!

We totally enjoyed our family stay in your lovely home. It was spacious, clean, well appointed with extra bedding and updated kitchen with all the pots and pans, serving dishes and utensils we needed to prepare our Christmas feast. Thank you!

Great Cozy Place in Palm Desert

We stayed 3 nights and were really happy with the cleanliness upon arrival. Bathrooms were updated and kitchen was well stocked for 3 night stay. Great location on the golf course and pretty view with BBQ and fire pit. The location is ideal for Palm Desert - close to El Paseo shops and grocery stores. Gated community with country club access. We would like to rent again in the future.

The owner was extremely accommodating. The unit is spacious with very comfortable beds. The views were breathtaking. Very nice, high end remodel.

We had the most enjoyable stay. The location and amenities were just what I wanted. We had a little hick up in the beginning, but the owner Bobby was so responsive and got it taken care of right away. We will definitely be back!

Our group of 6 ladies had a fabulous time! Our host was very prompt answering a few last minute questions. The property was in a great location for shopping and the pools were a wonderful way to relax afterwards! Would highly recommend it.

Great place to stay!!

We celebrated my brother in law’s birthday, as well as a final relaxing destination before the start of the school year. The location was perfect, house was wonderful and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay! Views were outstanding and could sit out on the patio all day. Enough space and beds for everyone. The owner Bobby was terrific and easy to communicate with and check-in was simple. Definitely would stay again.

Perfection...great home, great weather, great time

We celebrated an anniversary, birthday and Father's Day with our family...the layout and location of this property was wonderful for us. Close to a lovely pool(s), well furnished and very comfortable beds. Also close to our favorite spots in Palm Desert. Thank you to the host for having a great property. We will definitely be back!
