~No parties or events. You will be charged $899 if this rule is violated in addition to any damages done to the home.
~Respect the property, neighbors, and quiet hours. If there are numerous noise or neighbor complaints reported you will be charged $499.
~Keep thermostat no lower than 70 degrees.
~Pool cleaner should not be removed.
