The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency proposes to you to rent, in Saint-Malo, this charming studio apartment less than one kilometre from the beach, with wifi (optical fibre), of a surface of 30 m² and being able to accomodate up to 2 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (no lift).

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

It consists of an attractive 20 m² living room, open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, bathroom (with shower).
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, Virtuo pod coffee maker, etc.
- A double bed in the living room
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside :
- A view of St Malo and the port.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in the lower part of the St Servan district, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available nearby.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Bus: Gare Maritime stop less than 100m away
- Nearest train station: 2.5 km
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit 18 km, Rennes 80 km

To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.
