You will need to walk up a full flight of stairs to enter the apartment! ** You will have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom with two bedroom being set apart from the others. The first bedroom serves a bedroom and can serve as a living room if you wish to used the full size Day Bed with trundle bed as couch instead! After you walk through the first bedroom you enter the kitchen and living room with all new stainless steel appliances and bar height table! After the kitchen you will enter the long corridor hallway of the shotgun style condo. There will be 4 doors on the right hand side of the corridor. The first door on the right will be the brand new laundry stack-able washer and dryer. The 2nd door features a full bathroom with a beautifully renovated 5 foot walk in shower! The 3rd door leads to a bedrooms with a King Bed! Going back to the hallway you will see the 4th door on the left which goes to the 3rd bedroom which has a king bed and a full bathroom. Located next to two other short term rentals. The walls have been insulated and have double sheetrock on each side as per code, but voices and footsteps can be heard when groups get very loud!
