Discover the peaceful family friendly desert oasis you’ve been dreaming of at this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath Borrego Springs home. Must be at least 30 years old to book, with at least one five star review from another host and be willing to abide by our strict low noise policy.* Our home is very special to all who visit. Nestled among palm trees and saturated in sunlight, this hideaway will wrap you in pure bliss while lounging around the pool or watching the expansive sunsets from the front porch. Each bedroom has its own full bath. Enjoy the game room with full size pool table. With a mother- in-law suite, this home is perfect for bringing family and friends together. Enjoy Anza-Borrego Desert State Park and other breathtaking national parks and forests just minutes away.

*Please note - to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, we have a strict low noise policy. No outdoor music. Quiet hours between 9pm and 7am. This is not a party house. We love the peace and quiet of the desert and hope that you will too.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, dishware & flatware, full knife set, slow cooker pancake griddle.

GENERAL: Washer & dryer, towels & linens, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, A/C, iron & board, trash bags & paper towels.

FAQ: Steps required for access. Strict quiet hours 9 PM- 7 AM. Pool can be heated April - October. There is a pass through surcharge. Please inquire when booking.
Owners may be in trailer adjacent to the property and use shared driveway.

Girls Weekend
Perfect spot for our large group--the house is roomy and slept all eight of us very comfortably, with multiple seating areas inside, and a really well-stocked kitchen and bar area. We used all of the outside seating areas, including the lovely front porch with spectacular views for morning coffee, the covered back porch and dining/BBQ areas for meals, and the backyard fire pit in the evenings (heads up for shooting stars!), and of course enjoyed the lovely pool. Highly recommend!

Great Property - Very Comfortable
Used as a base for a small family reunion to celebrate what would be my mother’s 100th birthday. 7 of us stayed and the house and others came by during the day and evenings. Lots of room for everyone. Both the inside and outside areas were great and very comfortable. Pool area with chairs, shade, and even a fire pit were terrific. House is nicely equipped and welcoming. We’d definitely stay there again. Very nice hosts.

Amazing Property!!! Everything you need. Book without delay. Will definitely stay here again.
Long overdue review... This house is awesome! So much room. So many nooks and crannies to hang out in. The backyard is perfect, the pool is perfect. I can't say enough good things about this house. The pool table and ping pong table in the garage converted game room. The step-mom side bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette. The dry bar. The western décor. The rooftop deck. The outdoor shower. The outdoor shaded BBQ area. They even had a guitar and a telescope. The place was perfect. We stayed for a three day, two night annual guys weekend and everyone in the group could not stop raving about the place. If Carrie will have us again this year we're definitely going to book again. If you're looking for a really nice house in Borrego Springs (a great desert getaway from the hustle bustle of Palm Springs) this Desert Oasis with Pool is all you could ask for.
