Casa Azul is an incredibly spacious Largest villa by sq. ft over 4,000 sq. ft) and charming villa located in Playa Akumal. You will have private access to the stunning Yal-Ku Lagoon right from your backyard. The lagoon is a nature preserve with beautiful, diverse marine life for your family and friends to explore, or you can chill beside the large pool. Our staff, Miguel and Legia, will welcome you with warm Mayan hospitality the moment you arrive at our magical, relaxing retreat. Miguel is available for chef services if you so desire.

Casa Azul in Akumal, Mexico, offers the following:

There are four bedrooms with three bathrooms and two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; one of the master bedrooms is downstairs. The primary upstairs bedroom is connected to a private patio overlooking the pool and lagoon. Two of the downstairs bedrooms have a pair of twin beds and a loft area each. There is also a bedroom with a full-sized bed.

The house is set up wonderfully for a family or large groups. The grounds outside are great for entertainment, enjoying each other's company, or relaxing in a hammock. There is a wet bar and a blender in the palapa (thatch-roofed pavilion), which is excellent for Margaritas or smoothies! This space begs for a dinner party or special event. There are many outdoor areas to explore, including a patio with a fountain, a sandy beach area with chaises to sunbathe or meditate, and a grove of palms to re-energize and relax. Our favorite is the thatched umbrella and chaise lounges on the lagoon. There is also a swim ladder that provides easy access to the magical underwater world.

The kitchen has a six-burner professional Wolf stove and oven, a large refrigerator with icemaker and water (purified, of course), a dishwasher, and enough pots and pans, silverware, knives, storage containers, cooking tools, and appliances to open a restaurant!

Miguel and Legia are the caretakers who work extremely hard to ensure Casa Azul's cleanliness, sanitization, and functionality to give you the best vacation experience possible. Aside from chef services, Miguel is an excellent source of local information. Also, there are spa service providers, fishing charters, and Mayan tours at very reasonable rates—anything your heart desires.

There is plenty of room for parking in the private driveway, which is safe and secure. Customary gratuities for Miguel and Legia are 5% of your rental.
