Spacious lakefront home with stunning views

This spacious, beautiful home is perfect for a getaway with family and friends. The entire house and patios have stunning lake views, and a short walk down a paved walkway brings you to our large, private boat dock. Located less than a mile from a public boat ramp on one of the deepest parts of the lake, this house is perfect for swimming, fishing, skiing, or just relaxing.

- 4 bed/3 bath
- Open concept living space with huge kitchen and plenty of seating
- Large, wood-burning fireplace

--- Double ovens, large cooktop, full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher
--- Wet bar with wine fridge and coffee maker, stocked with assorted coffee and creamers
--- Smart TV viewable from whole kitchen and bar seating
--- Pretty much any small appliance or kitchen tool you could need, including a Texas-shaped waffle iron, y'all

--- Game table and bar seating adds an extra 9 seats

- Gas and charcoal grill provided
- Security cameras are present on driveway and back yard for insurance and security between guests, but do not show any indoor or living space
- Locks are programmed with new codes for each group of guests and deactivated after check-out

This house has been in my family for thirty years, and it's really a second home to me. We spent every summer here, holidays, long weekends... we were always at the lake. While everyone was working from home in 2020, my brothers and I gave the place some much-needed TLC, and we're so excited to be able to share the new and improved lakehouse with you and your family!

This location really can't be beat. It's on the side of the lake that's nearest to town, so you're only about a ten minute drive from grocery stores, restaurants, and all that the city of Brownwood has to offer. The house is situated so that you have an amazing view of the sunsets over the water from the back patios and huge rear windows. We're on the deepest part of the lake and are less than a mile away from a public boat ramp.

The house itself is pretty cool, too. The huge kitchen is so nice for large groups, and the separate bunkhouse/game room gives everyone plenty of room to have fun or relax on their own schedule.

But really, you're coming here for the lake. And we have a pretty sweet dock. Whether you're just looking for swimming and fun in the sun, somewhere to park the boat, a great fishing spot, or the best seats in the house for the beautiful sunsets, this is the spot. It's a short walk down a paved ramp and has slips for two boats and two jetskis. I recommend bringing down a cooler and speaker, because you'll want to stay a while.
