This two bedroom, one bath condo is centrally located. Shands within walking distance and campus just around the corner, you will love this convenient home perfect for a pit-stop! Whip up a home-cooked meal with the family, kick back and enjoy a Gator game, or grab your pajamas and snuggle into our cozy beds for a recharge! If you find yourself with a sunny day, which happens often here in Florida, stop by the complex pool and get yourself some Vitamin D and a great tan!

This is an older complex and is quiet while still close to all of Gainesville's big areas! UF campus is only a 5 minute drive and Shands hospital is within walking distance of the home. The complex has a pool that is shared amongst other tenants.
Please remember to place the parking pass in your car as they do enforce towing in the area. We only have TWO passes. Guests are responsible for replacement of any lost keys, a $50 charge.
