Located just west of the village and walking distance to the lake, Alpine Slide, a local bakery and a few restaurants, Heidi's Haus offers a great mountain experience.

Entering this well kept home with newer construction you are first greeted with the family room. Get cozy on the sectional and enjoy a nice fire in the wood burning fireplace. There is also a sitting area and large flatscreen TV, use the homes WiFi and stream your device. Off to the side of the family room is a vintage Pac-Man arcade style table game.

The dining room is a great place to enjoy a home cooked meal, or play a board game or friendly game of cards. The open concept kitchen allows for everyone to visit in the same common area. The kitchen offers newer appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, side by side fridge/freezer, and microwave. A Keurig coffee machine is provided.

Head out to the back yard area from the dining room. Enjoy the well treed area and fenced yard, creating a private mountain oasis. Soak in the hot tub or relax on the hammock( Unavailable as of 8/1/23).

Back inside you will find in the hall the laundry room, with a full size washer and dryer available for your use. In the hall is also a full bath. The first bedroom offers a queen bed, and a crib. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bunk and the master bedroom offers a king bed, full bath and patio access.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. Removing the decibel monitor and/or security cameras will result in a full security deposit loss.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
  Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
