The Vrbo listing for the apartment clearly states it has two bedrooms, but this is not correct. There is one bedroom with a bed, and a foldout couch in the living room/kitchen. A couch or bed in a common area is not a bedroom. As well, the couch when open is shorter than a standard bed, and there was no bottom sheet on the couch or in the closet.

That was not so in this case. I believe some adjustment of the rental fee is warranted, and I await your response.
