Rare south-facing luxury villa overlooking lake and conservation area. Situated in quiet residential area with own security patrol, children play park, basket ball and tennis court. Enjoy watching the turtles or ducks bask in the sunshine on lake shore, a tranquil retreat from the bustles of an exciting day at the parks, sitting by the pool before exploring the local nightlife. Local amenities include a good variety of shops & restaurants along the 192 and Disney is only an 8 minute drive away.

Amazing location with a great view!

The most amazing location with a beautiful view of the lake. Really quiet, safe neighbourhood and just round the corner from the 192. Only took 15 mins to get to all Disney parks. The property owner was brilliant he was so easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. The villa was very spacious and had a nice heated pool. We will definitely be using this villa again in the future, hopefully this year! Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely villa, great location, had everything we needed

The villa was in a great location very convenient for the parks and especially close to Disney. Lots of good restaurants nearby - Flo's Filet at the Longhorn Steakhouse is amazing! The villa had everything we needed, the pool was great and the lake view very relaxing and peaceful. We had s couple of queries at the start and Mike replied immediately and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble if we did have any problems (which we didn't). Would definitely stay here again.

House Condition Not as represented and Didn’t feel Safe

When we arrived there was a gathering two houses down that had us being stared at as we arrived by folks sitting on cars leaving us immediately feeling unsafe. The entrance wasn't well maintained. There were wasp nests or something in the entrance area. The door seemed to be missing a lock or something and was generally dirty. Inside the house, it was clean and neat but worn. The door to the garage was missing the deadbolt lock leaving a hole. The front door looked as if the chain lock may have been forcefully removed as the part on the door frame where the chain attaches appeared to be ripped off the wall leaving raw wood behind. The hole where it appeared the deadbolt lock should be was filled with silicone or something. The sliding door to the pool was left unlocked. The pool area had what looked like black mold on the house walls and outside window ledges. One of the pool "toys" was covered in it. There were weeds inside the enclosure as well. Some of the pool furniture is worn and not somewhere I would want to sit. We immediately contacted the owner and manager then left due to not feeling safe. The lack of complete or quality locks, the black "stuff" in the pool area and the bees nests at the entrance were just too much. I wish I could attach photos here to show the conditions we encountered. The owner communicated well and was flexible on check in.

Great location. Near Disney and local attractions. Situated on a lovely lot in a quiet neighborhood. Responsive host. A pleasure to deal with. Home in need of a little TLC though, if not a thorough update. Sime furnishings and kitchen ware need replacement.

Visited Chatham park before, lovely area which suits us due to proximity of everything we need. Comfortable house, very comfy bed which is always great. Pool lovely & warm, great view over lake and south facing, very peaceful. Had everything we needed and we had a great 3 weeks Bits of TLC needed in couple of areas but didn’t impact our stay at all. Just was very helpful, had great communication 😊

Haus sauber aber ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen

Haus und Ausstattung wie in der Beschreibung. Als wir ankamen war kein Check In vorgesehen. Die Poolliegen waren bis auf eine alle defekt- der Poolcage beschädigt und der allgemeine Zustand war ziemlich verwittert. Das Haus sehr einfach eingerichtet und auch hier bemerkten wir die Zeichen der Zeit. Wir würden dieses Haus nicht nochmal mieten.

Good base for exploring theme parks, but not very comfortable.

Pros: 1. Very clean 2. Very quiet 3. Lovely view 4. Safe neighborhood Cons: 1. Hard beds 2. Kitchen has the bare minimum of cooking equipment. 3. It's "self catering" so you will have to provide everything. Salt, Pepper, foil. You get a little toilet paper, soap, etc, to get started, but you'll need to add all these items to the grocery list. 4. The refrigerator motor is extremely loud. Needs fixed or replaced. 5. The bedding and towels are clean, but all very well used and tired. 6. The hot water supply is weird. Sometimes you'll get a nice hot shower and other times you're rushing to wash your hair in luke-warm water. 7. The subdivision has a yard light at the back of the house that shines in the master bedroom all night. There are blinds, but they don't block the light. You can almost read a book in there at night. 8. We paid extra to have the pool heated, but it's heated by solar, so at night or on a cloudy day, it's not running, so at best, the pool was only tepid because so much heat is lost at night. Not enjoyable to swim in. 9. Minimal lighting. For some reason all the lights and lamps and really low wattage bulbs in them and the house is very dark at night. Don't know why anyone would still be using CFL bulbs when LEDs are available, last so much longer, and use less energy. 10. House has bare minimum of furniture. It felt very cold and unwelcoming. 11. Dishwasher is just pushed into its space. It isn't secured to the cabinetry, so every time you open the door, the whole thing tips forward like it's going to fall over (it can't, but it feels like it's going to) and launches the racks and dishes out at you. Overall, our stay in this house was just OK. It made a good base for exploring and was a quiet, safe roof over our heads, but it all felt very tired and like it was being managed as cheaply as possible and basic maintenance is being put off. I wouldn't rent it again.

Great Location

Stayed here with my SIL while in town for AAU Volleyball Nationals. Was very quiet which was great after being at a very loud vb tournament. Loved having our own pool and location was close to all we wanted to do. Property mgr was great to work with and responsive especially when we had to re-book the property when it was sold. Property mgr and owner were also very helpful and responsive when we had an issue at the beginning of our stay which was resolved the same day.

This rental was great. Everything worked as expected. Beautiful scenery and home. We had no complaints or issues during our week stay. Our family had a great time. Would definitely recommend! We’ll definitely stay again.

Winter Retreat

The home was just as described and beautiful! The Lanai with the pool and water in the back is perfect. We saw the alligator, lots of water birds...very peaceful. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and it's conveniently located to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet Retreat

The home is located tucked away from the hustle and noise of the tourist strips yet conveniently near the amenities and attractions when you want them. The back overlooks a small lake rich with water fowl plus a forest on the other side. You hardly notice the neighbours on either side. If we return to Orlando, we'll certainly seek this property again. ….Peter We had a few problems but Mike the property manager was immediately on site to take care of them. We really were able to relax and enjoy this warm and nicely appointed home.

Otter in the Lake

Enjoyed the wildlife daily. Saw an otter twice and had return birds daily. House was located near everything. Mike the property manager was great in responding to our requests. GREAT TIME!

Good house

Property was spacious, furnishings and appliances are a little outdated. Property manager was intrusive when he came by to repair the broken oven. Went through the bedrooms and threatened to report us to the city for having more than three people on the property, which was not the case and although the house had capacity for 6. He took photos of the rooms to show to the property owner. Very unprofessional.

Excellent villa

We had a fantastic time at this villa, well equipped and beautiful outlook, loved watching all the wildlife, even saw turtles and an alligator. The location off highway 192 was handy for everywhere, Mike the property manager was great to deal with on the one occasion we had to call him. Would like to return to this villa again.
