located on the 12th floor..500 SQ FT, 120 SQ FT( large balcony) has City view. easy self-check-in. spacious, bigger than most Open 1 bedroom. Everything is walking distance, coin laundry on each floor. located in Resort Zoning, it can legally be rented.

If you arrive early before check in time, luggage can be dropped off & held at the lobby by the resort ($2/bag). See front desk for assistance.

Great location but was a bit noisy due to the high volume of traffic. Condo was recently renovated and very clean. Enjoyed free parking but checkout was a bit hectic having to run the gate key back up to the room. A return dropbox would be helpful. Other than that we enjoyed our visit

Holiday Getaway

Our stay was great. The location and parking spot was perfect for us to be able to rent a car and get around all of Oahu during our stay, but was also walking distance to restaurants and shopping in Waikiki. Everything was well stocked with towels, essentials and beach gear. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Accommodations and Location

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was well stocked and very comfortable. There was a little market downstairs allowing us the ability to pick up food and other supplies. It was in a great location and the view was amazing from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again with any future travels to Honolulu.

This property was so much more than we expected!

We really enjoyed our stay ! It was roomy and very well stocked, even including an air fryer! The lanai was perfect and the bed was very comfortable! Enjoyed the pool and the convenient parking!

Perfection!

This rental was top notch! Of all the rental experiences I’ve had in my 46 years, whether it be a single family home, condo, or hotel room, this host and unit take the top prize. It was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. We appreciated that the unit had A/C, a lovely view from the balcony, two incredibly comfortable beds (one on the softer side while the other offered a firmer option), and well-stocked necessities like towels, linens, personal products, and a fully stocked kitchen. If you are debating between available units at the Ilikai or any other place nearby, stop right now and book this one!

Great location and host

If you want to be within walking distance from Ala Moana beach, yet out of the noise and crowds/over the top commecialization within the heart of Waikiki, this is the spot for you. We had a fabulous week and our host was responsive and helpful. The condo is clean with a great view and outfitted with everything you need. I would definitely recommend this spot

Girls' get-a-way

This property is definitely the best property that I have stayed in on the island. I come and go often and for the 3 of of us the room was perfect. Having all the kitchen necessities, especially coffee, is HUGE is our book. We loved it so much, that the next time on the island I would like to stay again.

Great vacation!

Communication with host was excellent and timely. Check in process was easy. Beach gear was provided. Good quantity of towels and shower was excellent. Beds were comfortable with very nice soft sheets. Kitchen was well stocked. Our only suggestion is to provide a Britta water pitcher so as to have filtered water. Great stay.

Hawaii Vacation 2022

The condo unit was located in the Ilikai right across from the Marina. Terrific view of the surrounding area and walking distance to just about everything Waikiki has to offer. The host immediately responded to my inquiries and free parking was a plus and conveniently located below the hotel. All the basic amenities were available to us including cookware and utensils. I would rent this unit again when we make our way back to Oahu.

Great location, view, almost like home

Great view! Convenient to almost everything. Area is a little touristy, but everything is close by. Having parking was convenient. Had almost everything to feel like it was your own place. A set of extra sheets for the futon would have been nice, and getting and returning the parking pass was a bit of a chore, but overall it was worth it. Just some minor inconveniences. We didn’t spend too much time inside. Would probably stay there again.

Great stay!!

Great stay for 2 weeks on quieter end of Waikiki. The hotel has great accommodation with coffee shop, 2 restaurants, rentals, mini convenient store, salon, spa, and more. Having a kitchen was extremely nice to have for a longer stay. Condo was fully stocked with everything you need. We never had to buy extra toilet paper or napkins which we normally do. Washer and dryer was on the same floor very close to room. The room is facing the bay/ocean with a beautiful view. You can listen to the live entertainment from the balcony. My sister was on the other side facing the ocean/Hilton and her room was hotter from the sun. Thanks again, we had a lovely stay :)

The price is right for our budget. The host is kind and very responsive. There were a couple things that was not working properly but it was not a big deal for us. We expected it as it is a rental unit so the host would not have known. We just needed a place to stay at night and were out all day anyway. The parking procedure was a bit confusing but it all worked out. I image it would be harder if the guest was by him/herself. The unit is located in a convenient location and it was great to have a convenience store downstairs. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Rental! Great Location!

This was a fantastic VRBO! Exactly as listed. Convenient to essentially everything in Waikiki! If you are not familiar with the traffic In Honolulu and Waikiki, it is horrible! I was able to walk essentially everywhere from the Ilikai! The rental is exactly as described. Very clean and never had any issues with contacting owner and getting a response. Check in and checkout were a breeze. The only “issue” , and this was minor, is the parking spot. I had family in and needed to rent a minivan to “chauffeur” the family. The parking space has a massive pillar on the passenger side as you back it in. It took me a number of backups to get it in the spot without taking off the passenger side mirror. Is that any reason not to rent the unit? No! But it is a reason not to rent a minivan! 😁 Would definitely rent this listing again!
