This deluxe condo is centrally located in downtown Telluride just two blocks from Telluride Town Park, the Gondola, Lift 8, and Main Street. Perfect for families, couples, festival-goers, and skiers because you can step outside and immediately access any adventure. Ballard 204 North has enough space for the entire family.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

THINGS TO KNOW
As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.
The two twin beds on top are slightly more narrow and shorter than a traditional twin bed - perfect for those under five feet tall.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

perfect location, little rough
It is one of the best locations in Telluride and very well equipped. Easy access to lift 8 and all shopping/Restaurants. The grill was great to have. The unit itself is needs some polishing. Dishwasher did not work well, heat and cooling could not be controlled, the third bedroom was blistering hot and small. The unit sleeps 5 adults (max) as the 2nd bathroom is small. Would be a good unit for small children with the bunk beds in the 3rd BR

Beautiful Condo in excellent location!
Well equipped home - comfortable beds, great kitchen and plenty of space for our family of 5. We loved the location- walked two blocks to our ski rentals and the Gondola. Walked to dinner/shopping. Never used our car which was in a garage so we didn’t have to worry about parking or snow . Great customer service also. I accidentally left my phone in locker area and they found it and placed in our condo. Saved the day! We highly recommend staying at this lovely property.

Great location and beautiful
The condo is in a perfect location for skiing, enjoying the town, restaurants and everything Telluride has to offer. The condo is beautifully appointed, well stocked kitchen and the master suite is spectacular. We took a guys ski trip thinking that we would have a separate bed for everyone (4) in a 3 bedroom condo. The top bunk bed was not usable as it was too close to the ceiling and the sofa is not a pull out sofa. I would highly recommend the condo and stay there again but just know the limitations of the sleeping arrangements.

Very nice place for our family of five adults. Clean, comfortable and convenient to everywhere in Telluride. We had a few questions and the rental agency was very helpful. My only negative comment is that we could not figure out how to adjust the heat settings so it was very warm. It may be a user issue. I would highly recommend this place.
