From the lobby or the heated garage, the elevator delivers you just steps away from your condominium. This condo sits comfortably above all of the hustle and bustle of Lift 1 so nothing interferes with the dramatic views. And the views are dramatic. Just past the Madeline Hotel, you can see the majestic mountains loom in the distance which makes for wonderful photographs. Rather than take in the view, go and enjoy it. From the ski lockers on the main level, you are just 10 steps to the slopes.

There is a large gas fireplace in the living room and the space is delightfully furnished with an exposed edge wooden coffee table, and a comfortable leather sofa–it is the epitome of mountain chic. With a complete, gourmet kitchen that opens up to the dining table, with seating for six, you never have to be cut off from your family or group as you cook. The ultimate amenity here though is the covered deck. With such incredible views of the Mountain Village core, Lift 1, and the trails beyond it, you can either enjoy the Mountain Village summer concert series, or plan your next day of adventure on the slopes. It is a wonderful location.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Ski shuttle details: Free shuttle service with rental. Download the Mountain Village Dial-A-Ride App and create a free log-in to request pick-up/drop-off.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
