COX BAY RETREAT is nestled in the forest and is a short 5-minute walk to the surfing paradise Cox Bay. This house is 3 bedroom with 2-full bathrooms and a wrap around deck, perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon relaxation. The kitchen and living area is an open concept with bar stools around the island great for socializing while you cook in.

Upstairs features a full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, propane fireplace with a flat screen TV. Just off the kitchen is the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has a large soaker tub as well as a stand up shower. The second and third bedroom are located on the first floor(entrance level) One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a combination of a queen bed and a bunk bed.

When the sun is shining in Tofino, step out onto your private balcony which has a gas BBQ, dining table for those lovely alfresco dinners, a sectional for relaxing and just below is a hot tub perfect for the end of the evening wind down.

Host Rules

Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.

Age min: must be 25 years or older to book.

During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.

3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays

We offer discounted rates on month long stay ONLY during our low season (Dec-Feb)

Pet Policy: Dogs allowed up to 2 dogs max, after owner approval. Sorry no Cats allowed!

Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws

Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!

Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus any pesky 3rd party fees they may collect). If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.

Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
