Our home is fully renovated, and features a private pool! Enjoy the crystal clear blue water of the Bahamas, then take a dip in the deep blue fresh water pool. Onsite caretaker will greet you when you arrive and take care of anything you may need during your stay. Daily maid service is provided. Our housekeeper will arrive every morning at a time that is convenient for you. Open concept, beautiful, fresh and clean, comfortable living/dining, fully updated. Master bedroom with en suite has a king size bed. VIP room is very spacious, sleeps up to four people on two queen size beds. Downstairs bedroom is spacious as well with a king size bed and en suite. Sliding glass doors offer a beautiful view to the pool/beach. Upper deck overlooking the pool/beach is equipped for dining/bar-b-q. There are two homes on our property that can be rented together, allowing for a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Lounge by the pool or follow the private path to our sandy white beach. Ride bikes, take the kayaks to Petit Cay, relax by the pool or under the Chiki hut right on the sand. Take a nap on a hammock under a coconut tree, play ping pong, enjoy long walks on the sand. Above & Beyond!

My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing property on Great Harbour Cay for 8 days. The property was beautiful and provided direct beach access, a pool, and outdoor/indoor showers. The houses were very comfortable and provided all the comforts we were looking for such as good AC, consistent Wifi, and a propane grill. We could not recommend this property enough, we had an absolutely amazing time and the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated with regular communication and quick responses! Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Property was just as described although pictures can't do the setting justice. The house was immaculate and beautiful updated, modern decor. Communication with owner was great.

Stunning property

Absolutely fabulous location on a gorgeous beach. All amenities provided including some nice cooking spices. Chester, the caretaker was very helpful and accommodating and Ampi, the owner was fantastic. Thank you fir sharing your paradise!

Great Stay on Great Harbor

Our experience at ‘this is it” was outstanding! The owners and property manager were extremely responsive and helpful. We were greeted at the airport and got a tour of the house. Everything was as advertised – it is a beautiful spot with endless beach and a great place for relaxing or spending time with family. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Peaceful Island, great spot

We enjoyed our stay at ‘This is it’ . Great Harbour Cay was a peaceful island too. Chester (the property manager) and Ampi (the owner) were responsive and helpful. The accommodations were as advertised- yes as advertised! Clean, new and a good location. Great swimming by the house and you can walk for miles along the beach. The aqua marine colour of the cays says it all. Customs staff at the airport made things easy for us. Relly’s car rental was waiting with the car ready to go. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The only downside was Covid testing before our trip back home to Canada. Canada requires the PCR test and that cost $220 US /pp. The Bahamas Travel Health Visa covers none of it, go figure. I had to go to Pinty’s bar to get the $880 in Cash and had to pay an 8% service fee. So all in, the tests cost me $950 US or $1216 Canadian. Ouch. Fortunately we all tested negative. Anyway, besides the royal P.I.A and cost of Covid testing, the trip to Great Harbour cay was enjoyable and worthwhile Regards, Dave

Unbelievable view

In a dozen trips to Great Harbour this was the best home I’ve stayed in. The view is incredible, everything in the home seems new, super clean, and the pool is a great addition. We will definitely be back! The owner and property manager were very accessible and accommodating.
