Boasting plenty of room to spread out, bright colors throughout, and beachy decor in each room, you will have no trouble kicking back in comfort and style. The two beige sofas in the living area will be ideal for relaxing at the end of each day and the flatscreen TV can provide plenty of entertainment during downtime. The open layout allows for everyone to mingle in the full kitchen, dining area, and living room. Plus, the private covered balcony offers plenty of seating and views of the bay and Rt 50 bridge to enjoy a cocktail in the salty air before hitting the hay each night.

Sitting in the bay side of Ocean City, you will have no trouble leaving home base on foot and walking to a plethora of local shops, tasty restaurants, boardwalks, and endless beaches. When you have had your fill of fresh seafood and sandy toes, the kiddos will love spending a day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park less than a mile away. Plus, you can head a little further down the coast and check out the Ocean City Boardwalk, Pier, and other amusement parks in the area.

The swimming pool is operated by the complex and Vacasa has no authority over the pool. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice including days and hours of operation in which the pool is open.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
