Offering two levels full of comfort, warmth, great amenities, and a great location away from it all, you and your group will find endless relaxation here. The main living space is located on the second floor of the home, where you'll find the kitchen, living room, dining area, deck, one bedroom, and one bathroom. The living room will be everyone's favorite place to gather and unwind–throw some logs into the wood-burning fireplace to warm up the entire place in the blink of an eye and snuggle up on the sofa while chatting with your friends and planning your next adventures. Watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV with DirecTV or play one of the board games available.

The kitchen is right by the living room and has been thoughtfully equipped with all the basic and needed appliances and cookware to make cooking a breeze. It even includes a dishwasher to make things easier after mealtime. There are four stools that can be used at the breakfast bar and island to add more dining space. However, if you'd like to have a complete family meal experience, you can use the gorgeous six-person dining table. Enjoy the rejuvenating fresh air out in the small deck, which comes equipped with a convenient outdoor dining area and a gas grill. This level also features the main bedroom with access to a small balcony, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and an ensuite full bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo.

The basement, or lower level, offers three bedrooms, a comfortable family room with a sectional sofa, an armchair, a baseboard heat unit, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, one full bathroom, and a half bathroom.

This home offers a secluded location less than four miles from the famous Stratton Mountain Resort. In the winter, there is skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and even dog sledding. While in warm weather, indulge in hiking, biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, and scenic tours. And be sure to visit Hildene - The Lincoln Family Home, a stunning Georgian Revival mansion open for tours and events, located just 19 miles west. Golfers will have the Stratton Mountain Golf Course two and a half miles away. There are great shopping opportunities in Manchester!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
