Recently renovated as of spring 2021, this canal-front property with a composite dock provides waterfront living in a fun, relaxed setting! It's easy to enjoy indoor/outdoor living when you have a private lanai and a full dining set outside. Be warned - you may spend most of your time by the private pool. There's plenty of seating on the lounge chairs and the private gas grill has plenty of room for steaks and eggplants. The full kitchen inside features a wine fridge, a farm sink, and a prep island for preparing great meals together. Two desk workspaces are set up in the bedrooms in case someone needs to finish off remote work or schooling. Reward your efforts by comfortably lounging and watching your favorite shows on one of the five smart TVs throughout the home. The main bedroom features a deluxe en suite bathroom featuring double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. There's so much to enjoy in this fun home by the water.

Delicious local restaurants are all within five-and-a-half miles of the home - don't worry about arriving hungry! Fort Myers Beach is just under 16 miles away for guests looking for a sandy beach experience. Golfers will be happy to be within six-and-a-half miles of both Hunters Run Executive Golf Course and Palmetto Pine Country Club. When you're ready for something a little more mellow, enjoy a round of mini golf or laser tag at Tropical Breeze Fun Park just over five miles from the home.

THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).
It is a $32 (plus tax) per day fee to have the pool heated. It can take up to 72 hours to fully heat. Guests must request heat at least 72 hours in advance. Pool heat is only available October 1st through May 1st.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: There is a new private composite dock. Guests can use the dock to stand/sit. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control like hurricanes, tide levels, condition of sea wall, and if another boat is parked by the dock we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
