The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace enjoying views of the lake and the city.
The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed, 1 including a single bed, and 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower The bathroom is fitted with a shower. A separate toilet is available
The house features air conditionning, a washing machine, ironing equipment, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, central heating and mosquito nets.
Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 70 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 7 euros to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 10 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 3 % per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 10€ per pet per stay. Parties are not allowed.
