This house, located in Laz, is ideal for 6 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a CD player, a DVD player and a radio.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden.
The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed, 1 including a double bed and private toilet and 1 including 2 single beds and private toilet. The 2 bathrooms are fitted with a shower. A separate toilet is available
The house features ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, a washing machine and a desk.
Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 50 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 0.7 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
