Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely studio is close to many of Lyon's top attractions!

The bright living room features a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a flat-screen TV, a dining table that can also be used as a work desk, and several windows that let in sunlight and brighten the room throughout the day.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious light meal, including an electric stove and a microwave.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The studio has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety.

Welcome to La Part Dieu, Lyon!

This vibrant area of the city is home to some of Lyon's most popular attractions, including Parc de la Tête d'Or, Place Bellecour, Cathédrale Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Musée Cinéma et Miniature, Museum of Fine Arts of Lyon, Lyon Botanical Garden, Lyon Zoo, and Bartholdi Fountain.

La Part Dieu is also well-connected, with Place Guichard Bourse du Travail just a 5-minute walk away and Gare Part-Dieu V. Merle just 10 minutes on foot.

Regarding dining and nightlife, La Part Dieu has something for everyone, from the casual L Bar food and drink to the more upmarket Brasserie L'Est and Le Sud. Be sure also to check out Brasserie Le République and Mama Restaurant Lyon.

The studio is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Gare Part-Dieu V. Merle (line B), is just a 6-minutes walk.

The nearest tram stop, Part-Dieu - Auditorium (line T1), is also 6 minutes away.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
