In Portiragnes Plage, we offer this 35 m² house for rent, 2 minutes' walk from the Bosquet beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a 14 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 14 m² living room (air-conditioned) with sofa, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, combined microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- Separate WC

Mezzanine of approx. 10m² (air-conditioned):
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds

Additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, iron.

Exterior:
- A 36m² east-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the warm weather.

The house is ideally located in Portiragnes Plage, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby you can enjoy restaurants, market, year-round grocery store, bakery, butcher, tobacco shop, gifts, press, bars, fishmonger, local produce, pharmacy in Portiragnes village, doctor and nursing practice, ice cream parlors...
