Proximity to Chula Vista

Quiet building with walking trails and out of the fray of the main resort. In nice weather it is a pleasant walk to Chula Vista waterpark and main property.

Cozy and Convenient

This place was just what we needed. A place to sleep, cook, and shower. We were very busy enjoying all that dells has to offer. The room was actually a little bigger than I thought it would be. We were happy with the host and our stay!

Perfect

We stayed 4 days/5 nights.. This room had just about everything we could need while there. The tv was a smart TV, so we could sign in and watch whatever. He had a sponge and dishwasher pods along with all the dishes and pots and pans necessary. There was a hamper for dirty clothes and a bathroom storage cabinet with a first aid kit and more tolietries, etc. All the amenities! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to do a nice getaway in the Dells and relax and have a comfortable stay. Will be going back again for sure!

Good

The property was pretty decent. Room was as described. I wish the owner would've commu icated the pin number to me before I got there and couldn't figure out how to get in. Eventually made contact and got in. After that, everything with the room went smoothly. Plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, toothpaste all provided. Free Netflix and other apps you could sign into if you wanted. Would recommend this room. Chula Vista is another story. Make sure ahead of time they will sell you wristbands to the waterpark. They wouldn't sell us any.

It was ok. It felt like a hotel room at a water park. Which it was but nothing different then just one of there rooms. Towels were hard and no hand towels. It was quiet and served its purpose. Didn’t like that we didn’t get address and check in info until arrival day. It stressed me out a little.

Perfect for Short Stay

Nice, quiet, well-kept property off the beaten path of the Dells. Would have given it five stars except we were missing a hair dryer and tissues--two things I tend to use. Never got to the pool but I thought it was just out the door from the photo and it is not. The Building had a title--Building D. Would have helped in the directions.

We stayed for a girls weekend and it was fabulous. The property is gorgeous and the room overlooks the golf course and a pond.

Very conveniently located

Property worked well for us. One small problem was there was a funky smell. We think it was cleaning products trying to combat pass smoker. Property was clean and property manager was a breeze to deal with.

Grounds were nice vending was lacking,pool was under construction, lack of laundry view was nice. Dish washer was not emptied when i arrived. Who ever did the painting needed to be fired there was paint overspray on everything. But all in all it was very comfortable.

Engagement celebration complete

The Dells area is very busy, but this location is tucked away from the bustle, yet able to appease the recreation for outdoor activities with an adjacent golf course and water park with added zip line and bungee dive rides. It allowed for peaceful privacy yet an ease of getting into the inner Dells attractions. Our host was extremely punctual to problem solve and provide information when asked and surprised us with congratulatory gifts waiting for us upon arrival 😀 The environment was fabulously tidy and comfortably furnished with all amenities found at home so there were no lifestyle adjustments needed. Simply perfect for celebrating our new engagement ❣️

The stay went well. However very confused about check in process and where to go. I was vey unsatisfied that it was never disclosed that this stay did not include wristbands for use of waterpark. This should be disclosed with reservation information. I called the owner of property about this issue but never heard no retun communication from him. Satisfactory stay overall.

You get what you get

I picked up this short 2 night stay late in the game for the 4th of july. I was looking for affordable housing to sleep and shower in and that is what we got. It had almost everything we needed (except top sheets and kitchen towels). It served our family of 5 well. The place is a bit run down but if you can look past that, it does the trick.
