Newly remodeled 3 bedroom condo in the heart of North Beacon Hill. A quick walk to nearby parks, restaurants, supermarkets, public transportation and just minutes away from the International District, Downtown & Capitol Hill.
Walking distance to Beacon Hill Light rail station w/easy access to Seatac Airport, Downtown, Capitol Hill, Century Link, T-Mobile, Key Arena. Bus 36 and 60 bus routes less than < 0.1 -mile walking distance from the condo. Car is optional 1 car, 1 parking spot is included.

Clean, easy, great place for the weekend

A great place to stay while in seattle for a short period of time. Came down for the weekend with some friends and needed a place to crash. Place was well accommodated and clean, and the owner is super responsive and reasonable.

Convenient location, impressive price.

Nice overall experience, while I wouldn’t recommend for luxury accommodations, we were pleased with all that was available for our business trip. Host was very responsive, easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend for families traveling together.

residual cleaning fluid odor) UNBEARABLE (Fabuloso??) Caused sore throats breathing problems ... after 2-3weeks still having difficulties ... ruined $20k week long cruise!!!! Colgate-Palmolive DID have a recall on this product recently!

Worst experience ever

When we arrived to the rental unit we found our one allotted parking spot was occupied. So I sent the owner a text, sms and an email with a picture of the vehicle and the issue at 1:22pm. The car was never moved (still there at 1:20am). So we had to find somewhere else to park. Not an easy thing to do at this location. Ultimately my car was towed for not being parked in a proper spot. So I am out $$$$ along with damage to my vehicle. The owner of property refuses to do anything about this situation. The apartment itself was not in the best condition either, lots of broken blinds dirty nasty window in back room, shower head falling down, dirty walls, absolutely no silverware,l. I could go on and on. Total waste of $$$. Plus the $1300 at the tow yard.

No complaints!

Our stay was everything we hoped it would be! Plenty of room for 6 adults. Comfy and clean, well-appointed. The only thing we missed was a corkscrew ;) It was quiet even for being on the bottom floor and we had no problem finding extra parking on the street and located close to everywhere we wanted to go. It was a perfect ‘home base’! Thanks for having us!

This was not located in the area that I would have preferred. We had 6 adults and we could hear the upstairs tenants very easily. The condo was remodeled and clean. We were there only to sleep the night before our flight.

Very Nice kitchen, but small bathrooms

Nice and clean spot. Master bathroom was really small with no counter space. Some light construction was unfinished. The location was quiet and away from busy areas.

Beware, the master bathroom fan runs all night long which will likely keep you up!

The accommodation was very clean. There are individual thermostats in each bedroom that allow temperature control which is a nice feature. The living room furniture has been reduced to a small couch and an old chair with old springs, which is quite uncomfortable/stained. There is no coffee table (pictured) or a place to put your belongings in the living room. The kitchen table is worn with watermarks as are the dining chairs with cracks in upholstery. (Not shown) The rest of the condo feels mostly updated so the furniture choices were definitely odd. Considering the condo has three bedrooms, there isn't enough furniture in the living room to accommodate guests comfortably. Please beware that the master bathroom fan has a humidity sensor that will turn on and run consistently throughout the night. This kept me awake for most of the first night. If you manually turn it off and close the adjoining door, it will turn back on and continue to be heard. I understand the sensor might be needed to reduce humidity in the bathroom though it would be nice if you could turn the fan off at night. The owner was contacted to discuss the issue the next day with the hope it could be remedied in some way while visiting. The owner did not respond. This left the master bedroom unusable the second night due to lack of sleep. Nobody in our party wanted to sleep in the master the second night due to the noise of the ever-present fan. Upon returning home, the owner was contacted multiple times to address the issue and would only respond after sending him multiple emails to discuss the issue. When someone pays a good amount of money to stay somewhere, they expect to be able to sleep. Though I understand circumstances arise and was polite about my communication. The owner said that nothing could be done about turning off the fan since it was a humidity sensor. The owner was unwilling to provide even a discount due to lack of sleep and not being able to sleep in the master thereafter. I would not recommend staying here. It was an extremely basic accommodation for a lot of money. My experience was that the owner will make you feel communicated with by sending emails to check in regarding your stay while you're visiting, though won't respond when an issue arises or be empathetic to sleep deprivation. Overall, not a great experience.

Overall, good stay

The property is very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is a quiet, family neighborhood, but there's nothing of interest within walking distance. The kids enjoyed the little park up the hill and there's a little over-priced neighborhood market a few blocks away to get essentials, but that's about it. However, it's a centrally-located neighborhood and it was an easy drive to most of the more interested places around Seattle. Vince was a great host, very attentive without being intrusive and easy to communicate with. So, overall, a good stay!

Another reviewer mentioned the thin walls, which was accurate. The photos don't do it justice. This is a downstairs unit in a small apartment building. You won't see the views in the photos. The living room furniture has been reduced to a sofa. Nice tea and coffee.

Nice, but not pretentious

This place was in a great location! It is a nice place for a family. The living area is a little small, but it more than made up for it to have 3 rooms! Having another couple of side tables in the bed rooms and an ottoman in the living room would be great, but not a deal breaker. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay!

This property is modern and well kept, the host is very quick to reply and accommodating. Renting a car would be the easiest way in and out of the city, but there is a bus stop just up the hill. I enjoyed my stay and would come here again!

Great location for your Seattle adventures!

We enjoyed our weekend stay and the location was very convenient for all the places we wanted to go and things we wanted to see. It’s just minutes from Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park and the WaMu Theater. The unit was clean and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals in-house. It is decorated in a modern and slightly minimalist style…the living area seats three adults comfortably and the bedrooms are lacking any storage for clothes other than the closets. Parking is a bit of an issue for anything larger than a midsize vehicle. Vince was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall the unit is nice, was comfortable for our group of two adults and 2 teens, and we would stay there again.

Good place to stay.

Good place to stay. Centrally located for most Seattle areas. Parking was an issue, but this should be temporary as there was a sewage line repair going on in parking lot. Pictures of the place are accurate, but shot in fisheye mode as they make the place appear bigger than it really is. Although still plenty of room. Walls with adjoining apartments are a bit thin. Living room furniture a bit sparse for four large people. Overall would stay here again. Really no big problems.

Needs Improvement

Waited outside the residence for 1 hour since the cleaning crew was late. The property manager said it would be 30 mins. This was irritating after a full day of travel. Condo was warm throughout the stay. The property owner did attempt to cool it down. It has an AC machine in the living room, but no airflow to the bedrooms, which made them very hot. The beds were okay. Pillows felt like they were air-inflated and hard. The condo itself was decent but had a lot of wear and tear such as a hole in the bathroom wall, dings/scratches on walls and doors, broken blinds, etc. For the price, I was expecting a better location, condition, timeliness, and AC. Not worth the price. There was also a surprise deposit that was not disclosed.

Great location…..very clean👍🏼

Met our expectations…newly remodeled with everything we needed. The only thong we looked for was a place to set things off the floor. Very comfortable beds….well stocked cabinets and comfortable towels.
