Located on a peaceful street just 10 minutes from downtown, you’ll be close to Capitol Hill, grocery stores, and restaurants while enjoying a quiet escape.

• Gourmet chef’s kitchen with waterfall quartz countertops, stocked with cookware, Keurig + K-cups, and tea
• Three queen bedrooms, each with private en-suite bathroom
• Plush hotel-grade mattresses with hypoallergenic bedding and down-alternative duvets
• Private rooftop deck with skyline views
• Cozy living room with Smart TV + complimentary Netflix
• High-speed WiFi

• Base pricing covers 4 guests; $15/night per additional guest
• Pets welcome with $150 fee per stay
• Same-day bookings: check-in may be delayed until 6:30 PM if there’s a same-day turnover
