The first floor's open floor has a great room layout, including an entertainer's kitchen, living room, dining area, spacious entry, private office with a desk and office chair, and half bathroom. The living room offers comfortable furniture (a sofa, loveseat, and armchair) near a TV with streaming services and a gas fireplace. This is the ultimate relaxation spot for your family and friends.

The gorgeous kitchen comes fully equipped to make the chef of the group's dream come true! It offers plenty of space to move around while cooking, beautiful countertops, and stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a French door fridge, stove, dishwasher, and two coffee makers. There is a convenient breakfast bar that seats two and a gorgeous dining table.

The backyard is completely fenced for privacy and is a great place to play with your kids or simply relax and share a fun time with your peers. There is an outdoor covered patio with seating for guests and a private gas grill, perfect for barbecues.

This home has three bedrooms upstairs, two full bathrooms, a futon, and a smart TV with Roku for streaming your favorite shows in the loft. None of the bedrooms share a wall. The main bedroom has an ensuite full bath with double vanity and a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. There is another bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer combo. Kid-friendly extras include a Pack 'n Play, a high chair, and children's dinnerware.

When it comes to the surrounding area, Redmond has long been known as the “Hub” of Central Oregon. The Regional airport is less than four miles away, giving everyone easy access to and from this home. Redmond offers abundant recreation opportunities in all directions. The community continues to transform itself with new restaurants, brew pubs, boutiques, and lodging, combined with dynamic outdoor recreation activities, a bustling farmers market in the summer, and outdoor ice skating in winter. Cascade Swim Center offers leisure for the whole family (under two miles away). Add in a few open-air music events and an expansive public art program, and Redmond is the perfect family-friendly place. There are 26 developed parks and just under four miles of Dry Canyon Trail. Its residents enjoy top-tier recreation year-round, including walking and biking paths, playgrounds, a skate park, a disc golf course, and much more. Bend is 18 miles away, while the Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort is less than 40 miles away. Drive 7.5 miles to Smith Rock, a world-renowned rock climbing spot.

Central Oregon has many wonderful golf courses that are open to the public. Juniper Golf Course is a publicly owned golf course located right in Redmond. The course is beautiful and challenging and is among the top 10 courses in Central Oregon. They offer lessons, a clubhouse, and a restaurant named The View. The views from the course and restaurant are indeed spectacular.

The Good Neighbor Policy is strictly enforced at this home. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in additional fees or eviction without a refund.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
