Welcome to 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗺 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘄 at Siesta Dunes! Kick off your shoes, grab a drink and enjoy the palm view (our condo's namesake!) of this beautiful and updated garden view unit. Our unit is not beachfront, but our complex is gulf side with over 400ft of beachfront, a short 2 minute walk from the condo's front door. In the evening, head to the spacious sundeck or grab a chair and watch a spectacular Siesta Key sunset!

Our updated 2 bed/2bath condo is conveniently located on the 2nd floor near the west end of building 1 and can be quickly accessed via the stairs or the elevator. The pool and beach are both only a short walk away. There is a comfortable king bed in the master, 2 twins in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The well-equipped kitchen is updated with granite counter tops and newer appliances. We constantly strive to improve... we fix the thing that is broken, replace the things that are missing, and refresh the things that are dated... All furniture was replaced in 2021 and 2022. In 2022 we updated kitchen items, décor, and finished summer with a fresh pop of paint! In 2023 both bathrooms were completely remodeled and the flooring throughout the unit was replaced.

Siesta Key Beach is consistently among the top-rated beaches in the continental US! Siesta Dunes Condo Complex supplies beach chairs on a first come first served basis. We keep a few chairs, umbrella, cooler, wagon, and toys for your use. Come enjoy our comfortable condo as well as all the welcoming amenities Siesta Dunes has to offer.

Palm View is not a typical rental managed by a big company, but rather a privately owned condo. Peaks & Palms is small, family owned & operated, and with a close relationship with the onsite rental team, we're constantly updating, refreshing, replacing, upgrading! We are hands-on owners and bring a sensible guest-minded approach to updates, amenities, and style.

Security deposit, ID verification, and signed rental agreement are all required.
Siesta Dunes has multiple cameras located on property grounds. Cameras are on, monitored by security staff, and recording 24/7.
We can not give any refunds for Covid, other illness, funerals, bad weather, and any other unexpected occurrence that are out of both of our control, therefore we strongly encourage you to protect your trip with travel insurance.

HURRICANES / STORMS:
We do our best to work with guests in the event of a named-storm. As a general rule we will only refund or allow a date change if a named Hurricane is directly impacting our property (i.e. We are in the 5-Day NHC “National Hurricane Center” Warning Cone) and where an official mandatory evacuation order has been issued for our area.
