This recently updated 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is in a prime location by land or water. You’ll be within 10 minutes of 5 grocery stores, 10 public golf courses and over 30 restaurants. A perfect view of the main channel offers a spectacular view of the sunrise and sunset.

Parking for our home is in front of the garage ONLY. Space for two cars. If you need more parking please park on the street. No parking on the neighbors parking flat. Violators will be towed at owners expense.

OUR HOME:
You will love this cozy 3-story, recently updated, lakefront home with breathtaking views of the Lake at the 2.8MM. This property has ALL the comforts of home situated with a tranquil view of the lake. This is a perfect home for families, friends, fisherman, and/or golfers! This 4-bedroom, 2 full and 2 half bathroom home has around 2,000 sq. ft. 3 bedrooms, one full and one-half baths are on the top level. Down one level is another bedroom, full bathroom and living room. There is a 1/2 bathroom located on the lower level along with the kitchen, dining area and laundry room.

Upper Level:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, dresser and large closet. Attached to the full bathroom. New ceiling fan. This room has a sliding door that walks out to a balcony with an amazing few of the lake, including sunrise and sunset

Mid-Level:
Large living room with vaulted ceilings, two comfortable sofa sleepers and a sitting area - plenty of seating for the whole crew. The living area has a 55’ smart TV (guest uses personal account for streaming) for catching the game or just taking a break. And a few fun games to play as a group when taking a break from the sun. Just outside the door is a large deck with cushioned chairs, which offers a breathtaking view of the lake.

Lower Level:
Kitchen:Fully stocked with more than enough items to cook up a great meal. Located on the lower level, and has all NEW stainless dishwasher, large fridge, stove, microwave. You can enjoy your meal in the dining area or on the table on the deck located right off the kitchen.
Bathroom: 1/2 bath located off kitchen, has sink and toilet
Laundry Room: Full sized washer and dryer available for guests to use.
Deck: The large, covered, lower-level deck has a table and chairs for eating, gathering or just taking it all in. You will also find a new, 4 burner, gas grill in a great spot to enjoy a view of the lake while getting dinner ready
Dock: Chairs and a bench located on dock to sit and relax OR enjoy the kayak, paddle board and Maui Mat for some fun in the sun! There is a small pontoon boat and Seadoo, which are not available for our guests to use but feel free to bring your own boat and tie up.
Parking: There is room for at least 3 cars. There are two level spots in front of the garage and at least 1 on the driveway. Please note, driveway is on a decline. Just pull in to the driveway, and then back in to your spot in front of the garage and well house.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND:
This is our home, and we love our neighbors and want to respect them; we do not allow pets or loud parties. No parking in the neighbors parking flats or you will be towed at your expense. Parking for our home is in front of the garage ONLY. If you are looking to have a loud bash, we would recommend you look for other accommodations. NO smoking is allowed
You must be 25 or older to rent. We want to keep everyone safe while enjoying our home. ALL children must wear a life vest while on the dock.
