There is also wireless internet throughout the house. The dining area seats 6-8 (a table leaf is in the hall closet). A sliding glass door opens onto a partially shielded deck with gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, and there is a folding table and chairs if additional seating is required. The bedroom downstairs has a King bed, a full bath with shower, and TV with cable and a DVD/VCR player. A sliding glass door accesses the back deck and hot tub. A half bathroom is in the hall. On the second floor are two bedrooms; one with a Queen and one with two twins. A full bath and laundry area are in the hall. On the third level is the loft which has two sets of bunks and a small play area. Garage has space for all of your gear.

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.

As of January 1st, 2024: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to12% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.
