Located in Perdido Key, between Pensacola and Orange Beach, Alabama, this second-story beachfront condo is ready to offer you a sun-filled break from your daily routine. Inside this bright and very inviting getaway, you'll find an updated, modern kitchen with stainless steel Viking appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a breakfast bar, a nook with a table for four overlooking the water, and a polished living area with comfortable furnishings, a cable-equipped TV, and sliding door access out to the furnished terrace.

This coastal gem is equipped with towels, a first aid kit, flashlights, new chair-height toilets, and most anything you need during your stay! Guests will also enjoy access to various on-site amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, easy beach access, and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The perfect condo!

This is our second year to stay in this praticular condo! There was 8 of us and plenty of space! Balcony is a top priority for us and it does not disappoint! Lots of room and plenty of chairs! We have no complaints with this condo or the area! Very family oriented! Pool was large with plenty of chairs ! Elevators are a pain with using a code but never over crowded and no long waits! We went to Panama City for years but the crowds just got to be too much. This is a great area with fantastic restaurants! Beautiful clean beach! We are never disappointed with this area or condo!

What a great condo! The unit was very clean, had all the appliances needed, and the building was very secure with all the codes needed for the gate, elevator, and condo door. The unit was also very child friendly (3 yr old). Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo for vacation!

Everything was great! Plenty of room for a family, patio was perfect for ocean view, and all amenities were included. Just have to buy groceries.

Beautiful stay!

We loved our beautiful condo weekend at Beach Colony! Only issue was that communication about the check-in process was lacking, and we never received our door key pad code. It took nearly an hour on the phone trying to reach someone who could help.

Cozy home, amazing place

Nice view, everything looks great,clean and new. The only thing i didn't like was all the access code for every door. Something gets confused and specifically elevators. But overall our experience was great and we are pleased.. 100% recommended 👌

Beautiful home, wonderful location

The space is beautifully decorated, with perfect seating options both indoors and on the patio. Perfect for large families as there is plenty of space to move around should you have a rainy stay (as we did). The space was well cared for and clean. The walk to the beach was very short and the pool was fantastic. We had one minor inconvenience when checking in that the code was not included and we had a hard time getting a hold of someone to help us locate it. Would stay here again for sure.

We liked the condo. However, the dryer takes too long to dry clothes. The diffuser kept putting out a perfume smell and it made my allergies flare up. I would suggest not using these due to people having a lot of allergies. One other suggestion is one code for everything. Too many codes to remember. Otherwise we were satisfied with condo layout

Pleased with everything except for check in they told us we could get in early and then the code wouldn’t work. Had to wait in the heat with tired children for 30 min and multiple attempts to customer service to get into place.

If you like “clean” you will be disappointed

Condo was not cleaned when we arrived at 4:00 to check in. We were given an incorrect code for the keypad. Glass shower doors in one bathroom were unsafe due to broken track. Upholstery on sofa and loveseat was dirty. When I moved bed to access outlet there was all kinds of debris. I had to vacuum. Sheets had not been changed on one double bed. There was hair and sand in the bed. The rug in the bedroom was filthy. The elevators were unreliable and the rugs in the elevator were beyond filthy. We called upon check in and were promised a return call. That never happened. Very disappointing

Long weekend

We stayed for a long weekend. The checkin process was absolutely insane. Every code they sent did not work. It took 20 minutes to get a person on the phone. She was really nice and we went through 5 codes together. It was 98 degrees and we were stuck outside waiting for hour half. The cleaning people showed up to clean the condo an hour after we were supposed to check in. They allowed us to sit on couch while they cleaned due to extreme heat for my elderly dad. We were just grateful they could get in and allow us some air. The maintenance people finally came to fix lock but also couldn’t get it to work. We were finally given an emergency code. After settling in, we had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautiful and the the ocean water was clear. I would recommend better contact and/or information for mishaps.

Relaxation was key

I wasn’t able to get into the condo for about an hour because I was provided the wrong code. Once inside, the property was “clean” but not as clean as expected. I found hair on the floor, surfaces were not adequately wiped down and there was an odor coming from the refrigerator. The master bathroom toilet was a bit finicky as well. Attempts to reach the property manager were unsuccessful. I was told that someone would come and deal with the refrigerator issue, but no one did. The location was the saving grace. A less than 2 minute elevator ride and walk and you were on the beach that was just for condo guests. The area was quiet and I was able to do what I needed to do…relax.

Lovely view of Perdido!

Lovely stay. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, love the patio furniture!!! Could be more kid friendly. The toilet handle in the master bath is broke & sometimes doesn’t flush, heating element probably out in dryer, had to dry every load at least twice, loved that there were beach things to use!!! Super appreciated! Patio doors are either just very heavy and hard to open it may need attention, also lock on same door in LR is very hard to lock. None of these are complaints. We were super happy with the accommodations, fav is the patio for sure!!! Only complaint is not enough towels & when I called to ask for more they said they’d bring more and no one did. That has nothing to do with the owner or the property but more of housekeeping. They were there when we checked in. Oddly, I got an email around 2pm that the property was ready for our. Heck I’m at 4pm but when we arrived just after 4 they were still cleaning. I am thankful though because the code I was provided to the door did not work so they helped me by creating one for me. Nice uogrqdes to the condo and it really is beautiful!
