Private garage + free public parking nearby. No real outdoor space except an atypical solarium terrace accessible by a miller's ladder to have your head in the stars and the view of the slate and tile roofs typical of the Pays de Retz. Ground floor: lounge/living room with fireplace, separate open fitted kitchen, shower room/wc and laundry room. Upstairs: 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 of which is closed with a curtain (1: 180x200 bed, 2: 140x190 bed, 3: 140x200 mezzanine bed), bathroom and separate WC. Additional equipment: wifi, bed/chair/changing mat/baby bath. Rental of 1 women's VTC and 1 men's mountain bike on request from the owners (22€/day/bike).
