The spacious apartment is finely furnished with a Queen-sized beds in both bedrooms, sofa bed in the living room, 2.5 full baths, smart TV, high-speed internet, kitchen amenities and laundry area. The complex includes luxury facilities such as a gym, pool, terrace, indoor parking and 24/7 reception. Building connected to the Catalonia hotel and its restaurants, bars and conference rooms.

Equipped with all the essentials. The building looks like a hotel and has a large pool with ocean views gym and game room.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment, pool, gym, game room. Complex also connects with the Catolinia’s hotel restaurant, bar and conference rooms.

Deep cleaning with antiviral disinfectant on all surfaces.

Between each check-in, the housekeeping team will perform a deep cleaning, disinfecting all the surfaces of the apartment.

The use of gloves and masks is mandatory for employees.

Implementation of the use of peroxide-based CDC approved cleaning materials.

Disinfectant gel available for use by everyone in common areas with the highest traffic. Also, elevator keypads, stairs, door handles, etc. will be constantly disinfected.

Housekeeper will use hospital-level disinfectant.

RULES:
NO UNEXPECTED GUESTS (visits). To clarify, this means only the person/persons listed on your Airbnb itinerary are allowed to enter our home. There are no exceptions to this rule and any violation of this rule will result in the immediate termination of your reservation. If you wish to add a guest, please contact us before check in.

Please lock the front door at all times!

Please respect the privacy of the people in the building, and of course, we will respect yours.

Lewd and/or inappropriate behavior is not tolerated. If you wouldn't do it in your house/work, please, don't do it in ours. The guests will respect and follow all community guide lines listed inside the apartment or on the property

No smoking in the house. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Pets not allowed. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Guests may use the kitchen, but please provide your own food and clean up after yourself. Please use discretion when cooking meat and/or seafood on the stove. If you think the smell might be obtrusive it probably will be. We like to use the camping expression, "Leave no trace." Meaning, the kitchen should look the same when you are finished using it as it did when you entered. Please also ask for instructions if you are unsure how to use any of the kitchen appliances.

Laundry facilities are available as a free courtesy to our guests. Please limit laundry to one load per guest per week of stay. Please ask for instructions if you are unsure how to use them.

Please keep the bathroom VERY clean and DRY. Immediately wipe up any spilled water outside the shower.

Please do not use bath or hand towels to remove makeup.

Leave your used towels inside the bedroom at the end of your stay.

Please be mindful of the noise level out of courtesy for other residents.

You ensure you have a crime free record and wont carry any weapons to the property

You agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occur.

If any non following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs.


SLEEPING
There is a queen bed in each bedroom as well as a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps two. The linens and pillows for the sleeper sofa are in the sofa's compartment. There cannot be more than 4 people in or on the property at any one point at any time.

SMART TV
A smart TV is available for your entertainment. Press the home button to access multiple streaming apps. You will have to provide your login for some of these.

EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS
Before you arrive, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check-in. Due to this tight timeframe, we don’t allow early check-ins or late check-out.

AIR CONDITIONING
Please turn off the AC when you leaving the apartment.

KITCHEN
Please help yourself to anything in the kitchen and the refrigerators.
You're more than welcome to cook, if you do so, please do the dishes and leave the kitchen as you found it.
There are cups, wine glasses, coffee & sugar to the right of microwave.

TRASH
There is one trash can located in the kitchen under the sink and one in the bathroom beside the toilet.
The Trash Chutes are located on each floor level. Please be sure all bags are tied up, not leaking and that there are no glass bottles.
Glass bottles can be taken to floor minus 1 parking garage and placed in the refrigerated garage area by the entrance.

LAUNDRY
There are a washer and dryer in the apartment. Please ask for instructions if you are unsure how to use them.
Laundry facilities are available as a free courtesy to our guests. Please limit laundry to one load per guest per week of stay.

AMENITIES
Outdoor Lounge: Closes at 10 PM. No Glass Bottles.
Fitness Center: Closes at 10 PM

DAMAGES
If you damage something during your stay you should be charged for a replacement of the same item, this includes makeup stains or stains of any kind in our towels and linens. Please respect our place.

Violation to ANY House Rules: US$50.00 (a violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund)
