**** TÄMÄ CONDO sijaitsee ASENNUSSA SAARALA-ASETUKSELLA, joka sijaitsee suoraan Panaman kaupungin rannalla.
Tässä huoneistossa on king size -vuoteet molemmissa makuuhuoneissa.
Tule nauttimaan kauniisti sisustettu 2 makuuhuoneen huoneisto, joka sijaitsee aivan lahden Thomas Drive. Voimme nukkua jopa 8, 2 makuuhuonetta, queen-vuodesohva ja sisäänrakennetut kerrossängyt, jotka on upotettu käytäväalkoviin.
Huoneistossa on myös 2 kylpyhuonetta, täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on aivan uusia laitteita, upouusi pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja parveke, josta on näkymä Persianlahden rannalle. Huoneisto on avoin ja ilmava, ja siinä on keraaminen laatta kaikkialla. Tämä huoneisto on erittäin tilava, melkein 1400 neliöjalkaa, ilman parveketta!
Päämakuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja vieraalla on myös kuningas ja päälliköllä on vasta asennettu 55 tuuman LCD-TV seinällä kaapelilla. Master makuuhuoneessa on oma täysi kylpyamme.

Treasure Isalnd -konttori veloittaa 20 dollaria kertaluonteisen maksun huoneistoa saapuessa pysäköintiluvista ja uima-altaan bändeistä.
Treasure Island on ottanut käyttöön uuden pysäköintipolitiikan, joka vaikuttaa ajoneuvojen ylimääräiseen pysäköintiin. Jos tuodaan enemmän kuin 2 ajoneuvoa, lomakeskus veloittaa nyt 100 dollarin pysäköintimaksun ylimääräisestä ajoneuvosta, jos tilaa on. It was a very nice condo. You could easily sleep more than 5 and have room. We loved that it had two king bedrooms. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Thank you for our great vacation.

Awesome beach condo

The condo was exactly as advertised, it was perfect for a month of beach living, and was large enough for additional family to visit as well. Great dining within short walking distance. Very nice ocean side pool and hot tube!

When i needed some insite on something the staff was very helpful. The only thing was we were not informed of the painting of the exterior. But it was a nice stay.

Great views of the beach, sealife, and sunsets. Quiet and comfortable. Nothing like have breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner while watching the Gulf. Will be back!

Nice amenities at Treasure Island

We stayed inn1902. There were some issues with the lights when we first arrived. I notified the management company - the light were fixed the next day. We did notice that some maintenance needs to be done in the condo. The master toilet has a high pitched sound when flushed. The guest bath’s fan is loud and noisy. Several of the doors need to be oiled. Might need to add more dishes. Overall it was a good stay. We did leave some puzzles for the next people and some plastic cups for Hammerhead Fred’s. Overall it was clean and comfortable and any requests or problems were handled quickly. Thank you!

Almost perfect

Condo was setup nice. Plenty of room and balcony very good size, with perfect view of Gulf of Mexico. Only issue with unit is cleaning people dont clean floor. On a plus note ac works perfect and never runs out of hot water.

Beautiful Views From Up High

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from the 19th floor were beautiful. Unit was good sized. 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Built in bunk beds as well as a fold out couch. We were very comfortable here. Could have used a few more kitchen items (plates, cups, silverware, etc.). One thing of note, there appears to be some form of mold in the master shower. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Condo was appropriately clean. Was able to check in about an hour early. Love treasure island. There was black mold in both bathrooms on the ceiling. And on the ceiling in The kitchen. The guest bathroom tub did not drain and water was up to ankles by end of shower. Would not rent this room again.

Great condo

Condo was nice and clean. Things listed before about lacl of silverware were corrected and i found it well stocked. Pans etc are as expected for a rental, nothing fancy but cookable. Maintenance guy, justin was onside to fix ice maker and when i mentioned there wasnt a hanger in the place and the remote for living room was trashed. He went out and came back with a new remote and programed it abd hangers for both rooms. I give Justin 5 stars for his attitude and help! Would rent again

Fun Trip

The view is spectacular, and my fur baby can stay with me. 1902 is a very nice unit, although the mattresses in both bedrooms are in dire need of replacing. The first morning was little rough as the Keurig was not functional. We did find a drip pot in the cabinet. After a trip to the store, the coffee issue was fixed. We did let management know so they could replace the Keurig. Treasure Island is our go to place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall Treasure Island is beautiful, however unit 1902 could use some major work. Upon arrival we noticed the back door was off the hinges, the remote was chewed up, there was mold in the bathrooms, the dishwasher rack was broke, the Kerig was broke. The kitchen has very little to work with. I emailed several times and was told someone would be up to fix things. We were there a week and never had anyone come to fix anything

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had a strong odor of dog urine upon arrival and was fairly unclean. (Should be refunded cleaning fees.) Bought our own cleaning supplies and candles to help mask the smell. Ice maker in door of refrigerator was malfunctioning and didn't work. Air conditioner didn't work. Breaker was tripped and couldn't reset. A whole week at the beach with no air conditioning (not good). Was initially charged a different pet and registration fee than was quoted but was later refunded the difference which was a bright spot.

Great location, condo need some TLC

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can not brag about the resort enough. The resort areas are very clean. The view is amazing from the balcony. Condo was clean and tidy. Cooking items and kitchen utensils were sparse but that is to be expected from most rentals. My only main complaint is the upkeep issues. The master bathroom has quite a bit of mold on the ceiling and in the shower area. The mattress in the master bedroom badly needs to be replaced. There is a huge lump in the middle. Would I stay here again? Probably not in this exact condo but I definitely would stay at this resort again. I did not have any issues with the rental agency and would not hesitate to rent through them again.

Unimpressed, ZERO privacy.

The unit has a beautiful view and is decorated nicely... BUT outside of that, we were unimpressed. We had serious issues with pest control and HVAC employees coming in unannounced. The locking mechanism on the patio door does not lock; families with small children should be wary of this safety hazard! The only places in the unit you can connect to Wi-Fi are in the laundry room or the bunk closet. The ground fault circuit interrupter in the master bathroom shuts off the electrical power several times daily. The fire alarm goes off randomly but is most annoying while trying to sleep (3:30 AM). We had no cable for the first 4 days we were there, which was frustrating at night and during rainy spells. Finally, at 8:30 am on our departure day (mind you, check-out is at 9:00 am), I hear someone making noise at the door. I open it to find that a female has opened the key lock-box, removed the keys, and is about to come in on us. She said she was there "early" and was trying to get in ("Um .... Check-in is 4:00 PM, Ma'am). Overall, we were unimpressed and felt we had ZERO privacy in the unit.

Nice location...but lots inside could be better

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No trash can in primary bath, shower has only one small shelf (holds 2 bottles max). The water was hot & had good pressure. Microwave door handle broken & looks like it could fall off the wall, vent (barely) works on high only, lights over stove burnt out, remotes missing backs, no extra blankets (used blanket from bunk room). Beds are ok, but are noisy & probably need replaced. Thermostat wouldn't go above 68 (fixed on day 2), no extra trash can liners, no dish soap or laundry soap. 3 rolls of toilet tissue for 2-week stay. No rugs or carpets except outside door, lights in primary closet and over counter flashing rapidly. Balcony only had small accent light near floor. Counters & tables hadn't even been wiped off. Floors felt dirty; tried the vacuum...blew dirt around. No access codes required to enter parking garage, main building, elevators, pool. Wish it would have been noted that there was maintenance, painting, alarm checks going on during our stay. Dog park is dark and nobody picks up after dogs. Rooms are large & location is nice. I'm listing things here that I wish I would have read in reviews. Gym is only open 8am-9pm.
