This is a great location, and the pictures of the view of the ocean and beach are exactly what it is like. Such amazing sunrises and moonrises. Plus, you can walk to the beach easily. The location is exceptional--easy to get to downtown St. Augustine, but there are a lot of other restaurants nearby without going into town. A grocery store is really close by as well. The condo location is on a quiet street. There is tons of free parking. The other tenants are quiet but friendly.The unit itself is comfortable and very clean. I found the beds to be very comfortable. You will have everything you need in the kitchen, including spices and cookware. My group kept running out of coffee mugs and drinking glasses, but that could just be us. Having tons of beach towels and beach chairs, etc. was really great.My favorite thing about this rental is that the owners were so communicative and responsive. If you have any questions or concerns at all, you will hear back from them right away.I would definitely stay here again. One of my party was my elderly mother who cannot do stairs, so having the elevator was great, plus there are shopping carts and luggage carts to help you load and unload your stuff when you arrive, depart, or even when you bring groceries back.
