Welcome to the "Les Balcons de Venosc" residence

This 25m² flat with mezzanine for 4 people, located on the 1st floor, comprises :

- Living room with double sofa bed (1x2 pers) and television
- Mezzanine with 1 double bed (1x2 pers, 160x200)
- A small bedroom with 2 single beds (2x1 pers)
- Large south-facing balcony with outdoor table and chairs
- Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils.
- Separate WC
- Bathroom with bath.
- Board games, raclette / fondue machine.
- Mountain view
- The accommodation is equipped with duvets, pillows and sheets.

The "LES BALCONS DE VENOSC" residence is located close to the ski slopes, ski rental companies and all amenities. :

- 300 metres from the Le Diable chairlift, a 4-minute walk from the start of the slopes
- 1 km from the ski school
- 500 metres from equipment hire
- 300 metres from small shops

Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
- Towel kit: 16€ / person
- Sheet kit: 12€ / person
- End-of-stay cleaning: 70€.

A deposit of 500€ is required on arrival.
Nb: Maestro, American express, cheques and cash not accepted.

Please note: the keys are not handed over at the accommodation address, but at our agency located at "9 Rue des Sagnes - 38860 Les Deux Alpes".
